JSC FCU Mobile

This app was working normally, but now it doesn't recognize me anymore. So, it takes even longer than normal to login because I have to answer a security question. It also has a problem if my phone goes black. I have to exit and log back in.

This app sucks balls at doing basic things. Security on the app is archaic. JSC Advertises Express deposit as easy and intuitive. It is anything but. Express frustrating to use, and always without fail, crashes when trying to deposit a check. With JSC you are damned if you do and damned if you dont when it comes to deposits: If you use an ATM to deposit your check thinking it will be faster, JSC will instead hold that check for up to five days. I have NEVER ONCE, had these problems with Chase Bank. It should also be noted that i really hate Chase Bank, so thats some pretty high praise.

This app is buged out. I can't even check my balance. The app home screen doesn't even give me a chance to log in. It used to work perfectly until about 2 weeks ago

What happened.? Doesn't remember me anymore. I always have to input my security answer. 05-04-17: same issue. App won't remember me when I log in. Have to continuously answer my security question. ????

It gets the job done, but it's clunky. As of March 2017, they fixed the problem with having to log in again if you switch to another app and switch back, or if the screen goes to sleep. Thankfully! But the update also broke the login process - it doesn't keep the "Remember me" setting - I have to answer a security question each time I log in. Also the app continues to misinterpret the "back" button on Android - it logs me out instead of going back to the last screen. It's bad that JSC FCU continues to treat the mobile experience as an afterthought.

Worst mobile bank app ever!! Stopped recognizing me...I've removed app & redownloaded ...still slower than molasses on ice! Most the time the sign in screen won't come up!

Was always poorly put together with silly cross referenced features; now it won't even load. A junk app from a credit union that stopped being about its people years ago.

This app just takes you to a mobile web portal of their main site. It no longer remembers your security information either. JSC seems to think a mobile app in 2017 is useless to it's customers.

The worst banking ap ever made. Transactions takes more than a week to update for immediate viewing. Not useful at all.

This app has always been poor quality and I've lived with it because JSC was an outstanding credit union but recently they haven't been and this app just further presses the wound. It won't even load the front page with all the navigation options so I can't do anything. It just shows me a blank screen with the jsc logo at top. I don't even want you to make this a better app right now (because that won't happen) just please make it work. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won't work. This is after it's been working for almost a year on this device.

It is amazing that they continue to make this app worse. Express deposit no longer works​ after asking you twice which account to use.

App unable to load. Have tried to uninstall and install 10 imes and it still doesn't work!

This has got to be the worst app I have ever used it's very old and very slow and then all of a sudden it just doesn't work at all doesn't recognize you and won't let you log in.

Will not launch beyond a blank landing page with the JSCFCU logo at the top of the page.

Used to work but now I can't even log in. The website seems to work fine. Please fix this

This app has trouble loads g in nougat and it won't deposit checks. It just sucks!

Not sure what u guys did, but the app no longer works. I open it and can't even get to login page. It's like the insides of the app were removed! Fix it!

Got a new phone and to start it stopped recognizing me and now it won't load... So now I have to use the website.

This app is very frustrating. The login process is inexplicably complicated. No other website or app, including other banking apps, have so many hoops to jump through. The app also automatically logs you off if your screen times out and turns off (regardless of how quickly that may occur). I avoid using this app when possible.

Use to be able to log in and out fairly so. I see JSC had the same problem around the same time last year with it crashing. This is a bummer because I can't get to my banking information except to call in. Please fix this immediately.

I loved this app because I could deposit my paycheck without the need of going to the bank. Now I have to drive 20 miles to the nearest jscfcu bank just to put it in. I hope this problem gets fixed soon or I'll be switching to a more updated bank soon!

All of a sudden, app stopped working. Will not open. I unloaded then loaded, still not working. This needs to be fixed immediately

With most recent update, you cannot multi task away from the app without it closing you out. At least before you had about 15 minutes, now as soon add you try to get to let's say your calculator, you have to sign back in. Leaves a lot to be desired. Also have BofA, and their app clowns this one. Can't have the app remember me without error message. Very cumbersome.

Not bad but not good either. Jsc needs to find a way to update credit card transactions immediately. Takes days for you to see any activity and it's frustrating. This is 2016 not 2008. Get with the program of new updated technology.
