With most recent update, you cannot multi task away from the app without it closing you out. At least before you had about 15 minutes, now as soon add you try to get to let's say your calculator, you have to sign back in. Leaves a lot to be desired. Also have BofA, and their app clowns this one. Can't have the app remember me without error message. Very cumbersome.
Not bad but not good either. Jsc needs to find a way to update credit card transactions immediately. Takes days for you to see any activity and it's frustrating. This is 2016 not 2008. Get with the program of new updated technology.
I have to say, this app is awful. It's not even a native app, it's an HTML wrapper. I'm a freelance developer and I can write something better blindfolded.You guys need to spend some money for a better app. I'm glad to see all you've done is update the app icon.
It gets the job done, but it's clunky. And like others have said it makes you log in again if you switch to another app and switch back, or if the screen goes to sleep. Bad design. Another irritation: if there are any problems with depositing a check - for example it does not see your endorsement on the back of the check - you have to start the deposit process over from the start, entering the check value, and taking both front and back photos again. Should be redesigned.
Chase mobile setup very easy got in first time tried JSC tutor on mobile phone would not allow me to do it
I have a Samsung and also have an LG and on both phones it won't even load. Just gets stuck on the blue jsc forever or brings me to a white blank page after that ... :( aggravated!!!
Logging in is a three step process that's slow as molasses, the aesthetics are terrible, and the menus are confusing. I like JSC, but as someone who mainly banks online, this app makes me want to switch credit unions. I would suggest adding fingerprint log in, but that seems so far beyond the capabilities of whoever put this together it feels like a waste of time to even bring it up. It should be noted that this is just a wrapper for the equally horrible website.
Now it won't load. I can't log in. It just takes me to a blank screen. Tried resetting my phone. Was fine before...
Times out every time you look away for a minute. It is super slow and impossible to work with since, every time your phone times out you have to re-enter all your login information.
Currently a member of 3 credit unions and JSC has the worst app compared to the other cu apps. Uninstalling.
JSC's online and mobile banking is a total mess. Whoever won the contract bid to make their site and this pitiful app should be fired.
This app is terrible. So slow and doesn't function well. The remote deposit does not work.
Most things function, but many functions are downright torturous to us.

I understand the lack of funding which then becomes lack of expertise and people who work on the application but its 2016 and most banks should have a reliable and simple app that you can use to access most of your features via smart technology. Hopefully within the next two years things change but like I said I understand the reason behind it.
Camera is inverted and skewed making it extremely unintuitive to take a picture. Running on Nexus 5x Android 6.0.1. It's easier to just go there physically to deposit or use a totally different device that runs the app properly if possible.
The app constantly freezes, keeps saying error for everything. Please Fix the app! I love my bank but hate the app is not user friendly.
Will not read my check...it's a work company check for my expenses and it's a horrible hassle to have to take every check to the bank...whole purpose of me having this app and it doesn't do what I need it for...what's the point then. Fix it. I have two bank accounts including this one and neither app will read it...they need to accept other formats of checks I'm assuming that's the issue because you can read the act number but it says it cant.

The app is constantly crashing at login. I currently am running at about 1 in 10 chance to successfully see my balance before crash. It's so bad I've gone back to using the phone system. Galaxy S5
App does not connect to internet, only LTE. Also, tried to send feedback, but system said I had an invalid email address. I think that a .gov address is a valid one!!!!! Also, it really crashes alot. Fix it, or remove it please.
I tried typing in my security key but every time I hit enter, it read it as an error. I now have to contact the bank in order to reset my pin.
Only reason I use this is because mobile banking has become such a convenience. Needs some serious work on crashing. Sometimes can't even get the app past initial startup logo screen...
The worst bank app I've ever had to use! I will be withdrawing my finances and banking somewhere else that's is more up to date!

Why can't I open this app? Each time I try to login, it crashes. I have this app for a reason, if it doesn't work any time I go to login, what's the point?
The app opens and I login fine, but it does not show the details of any of my accounts when I select them, so all I see is my balances page.
