Nice app.. No need to login to online banking... Auto otp feature works well.. Hope to see rewards page also in future...

AutoOTP feature is so convenient. Removes the hassle to enter SMS OTP and Token PIN. Authentication is too quick.

It's intuitive

Super un-user friendly. Slow sms pin, difficult to press the card token, super fast time out settings, unable to choose default log in method, worse banking app. It is the biggest burden for me to switch to scb, although ebonus saving account is good.

Stupid. Doesn't allow screenshots. One of the reasons is I used to be able to take a screenshot of the amount payable on my credit cards balances. Now I've got to memorize it, write it down and refer to it when I make payment from my other bank account.

Works well to show standard chartered logo. Because that's all it does. Checked back after a month, and it's still doing that very well.

SC blocks you from opening this app if your phone is rooted. Fingerprint login not working on oneplus 3. Auto log out time period is ridiculously short.

I have rooted phone but standard chartered block it, well done, you have made your customer happy

Cant even log in. Wth?!

Came up with a stupid message saying unusual device configuration detected. Asked me to update the app, and there are no updates available. The support promised to get back to me but no news! POSB, UOB, OCBC works on my phone but not SC does not.

I am using Samsung S3, since last 2 updates, the SC app is not working. All I could see is a blank white screen. Kindly resolve this to use the mobile banking app.

Seriously, Screenshot is disabled, due to security, are you kidding me! and that's the reason I don't pay my bills using this app. I can't keep track of my transactions.

Standard Chartered, your IT system sucks. Your reconciliation sucks. You can't even get customer payment on time and you charge it to the customer. This review is relevant because your IT dept sucked so much, they ignored the users of this app and all your customers as well. Why don't you just go back to 1st gen tech? Since you can't do much and will only charge customers based on your solutioning failure. By the way, your website links failed too, are you sure you're in the right business?

Why does SCB app insist on upgrade? Cant i decide to do later? Now i can't even use it. Terrible.
