Up to date results when I get up each morning. Normally watch tv for live coverage instead of app as a bit hit a miss for quality as seems to buffer due to rural network service. More Phil and Paul comments would be better from SBS coverage.

The app works well and is very handy to keep up with things on the go, and also get info on the stages prior to the start. But they dont actually show anything live until it starts on the TV 2 hours into the stage... surely SBS can do better than this and give us the whole stages live.

This app is a great little companion to watching the Tour on SBS. You can track the riders on the map and profile, then skip across to look up their stats. The only improvement I would make is to have different highlight videos: sometimes I don't want to watch an hour of highlights if I miss a stage, I might just want to see a 5 min version, or a few angles of a sprint finish.

Would be great if stage updates (video) occurred soon after stage. We are now up to stage 8, but there's still no video for stage 5 onwards. Also, it often crashes or hangs on opening. Time to delete I think. Maybe next year!

Great app, going well. One thing, with the moto views, it would be great if you could switch views more easily, a bit less clunky. Otherwise, brilliant, definitely causing a lack of sleep and a dip in productivity during the day

The video part of this app only starts for the last half of the race and is full of ads, it's total crap. The rest of the app is good. Can you imagine only showing the last half of the soccer or footy! Shame on SBS

Love the app. Bit of a tragic for the tour. Only 4 star because occasionally it fails to load. Not watching video though, only getting text updates. Can't fault it otherwise

I don't generally leave reviews on apps, it would need to be very good. This one is truly impressive. Congrats to SBS

This app works very well. I quite like the video feeds direct from the motorbikes. Unfortunately the map feature never loads despite waiting & waiting. I've not found any options I need to change to make the maps work. Hence, 4 stars. Update July 2016 - I am unable to install the app on my one plus one despite having the app install last year. Generic 'something has gone wrong' report after trying to install app. Not so good given I have it installed on two other devices at home.

The app has been great to get extra information whilst watching live, and to catch up on results in the morning. The only issue has been results can be slow to update.

The app provides the information to review stages finished. Live updates is interesting. Video feed doesn't always work - last night the feed caused the app to freeze again and again.

Earlier years used to freeze. Very good now, I actually watched the stages live on TV and had my app open for more information.

Reliable app each year for the tour coverage. Not as intuitive as it could be, especially when it comes to navigation but it works well once you get the hang of it.

Provides useful stage data and great video. Other people's comments about delays in broadcasting the live video are unwarranted and outside the control of the app.

Not being able to stay awake for alot of the tour, due to a young family, this app is by far the most comprehensive going. Very simple and informative. It's the best complement to the tour I have found.

The mechanics of the app work fine however SBS hasnt loaded any videos for stage two. Living in Aus having the recorded video is the only way to watch stages. I am hopeful this is fixed.

when watching on SBS TV and the Motos stream gives new perspective. Did find I needed to restart the app a couple of times.

I like the Notifications function which allows me to wake up for the finish and not become sleep deprived. I'm happy to see the detail on next day's replay. The add free motorcycle videos are useful.

I like this app. Very useful for helping track the progress of the stage. Freezes intermittently, more so than previous years versions.

Functionally great and so much data is available. Letting me zoom in on stage profile to get a better idea of mountains would be good.

Great keep me up dated just wished it started when the race started not just with the Tv coverage. 2016 still watching and enjoying the coverage. Bronwyn

Dodgy. Can't get more than five minutes streaming before video freezes. Then need to close and open app again. Poor form.

The are many features in the app but the two features i use the most are the feature to view the riders from different cameras, as sometime i just want to see only one group of riders and second feature is to see the profile of the course so i know which day to stay up and watch the whole race. Thank you for making it free for all of us to enjoy!

Only suggestion is a shorter summary video option, don't always have an hour to catch up!

Having used this app past few years I've enjoyed it's analysis, live tv streaming and detail. I'm travelling overseas this year and it's not on TV to watch where I am. This app had kept me informed but unfortunately doesn't allow me to watch whilst overseas - pity, it's been a good tour.

Like the description and maps leading up to the stages. The lack of coverage and lengthy recap video could be better.

Video working perfectly on ipad, same internet connection. Shame, I prefer to use the phone.

Overall really good. Load times can be long and ads on start up can be annoying. Apart from that I really enjoy it.

All info I need available and accurate. Navigation not straight forward but I figured it all out now and then it's easy to use.

The app is ideal, the inclusion of the motos is really neat. All information available for quick checks then back to the live feeds. Thank you. And we are impressed with Skodas, we hired them in our last two European trips, 4,000km of fuss free comfort.

Refresh rate a bit erratic, otherwise good. Allows good appreciation of where they are riding and what is coming up.

Would be great if you could time shift in the live coverage, replaying the exciting bits a few times.

This is a great app, to steam the live coverage before it appears on the TV. the tabs with rider info etc is very helpful. Do like the profile of the terrain with the different groups, live helps with seeing who is where.

Trying to catch up with the tour I come to find some awful unwatchable videos resolution in this app. Is not my internet because the sbs on demand app works well.

Works brilliantly! The Motos camera choices add even more to this great app. Getting better each year & really enjoyed it again this year. Well done to all involved! See you in 2017.

Live video not working on LG G3. Moto video not working either. Both working fine last year.

Amazing app! Watching TDF live along with app means you've got maps, profiles, commentary, even dedicated motorbike cameras. It's also great that you can miss a stage, watch the replay and view the standings from the previous stage... spolier free!

Excellent and simple app to keep you appraised of the action. Map is great. I was away for 10 days of the tour and missed the SBS coverage, but this app was a useful fill - in.

Hangs often when first starting and downloading updated info, but fine after restart of app.

Video quality is unwatchable - same video on SBS on Demand is fine
