No pdf support, asme uses this on desktop machines for pdf security. No pdf support for mobile.

Useless without support for PDF files

I need the app for pdf viewing but it doesn't support PDF.... utter garbage

Why it doesn't work? please inform sites that approved it in its official pdf to the clients ....! So what is the solution now..?

This app is confusing and the FileOpen company does not answer questions. Such as? Well, for one thing I installed it on my Galaxy Tab S2 Nook to see how it might work and when I opened it, it said that it opens both PDF and OPN files. However, the Google Play site insists that it only opens OPN files. I have not received any clarification from the FileOpen company on the mixup. The version I am using is 2.6.1, which I got from the web (I think.)

As noted in other reviews the lack of PDF support basically cripples this app in the majority of the situations required. Junk

Having this app for android is practically pointless since it now doesn't support PDF. I love android but if I want my books mobile I have to look to apple for that unless I want to carry around a laptop.

The fact other sites direct you to this app and depend on FileOpen plug-ins, you'd think they'd fix this issue. Ridiculous.

I'm taking a course where the documentation is in PDF format. I wanted the textbook on my tablet so I could use my computer for the course work. This app doesn't support PDF. What a waste of time! The navigation is awful -- JUST AWFUL. Android's "back" button drops me out of the app entirely. Don't bother with File Open Viewer. In fact, don't use a training company that relies on this app and DRM.

I tried to install it a few times and each time the navigation bar is smack in the middle of the screen blocking whatever I need to read. Please fix!

Didn't notice it in the description until it complained about PDFs not supported on this platform. Since most companies release secured documents in PDF format, this is pretty much useless. It does not integrate with the Adobe player on the device. The interface is also not intuitive.

Terrible, doesn't open pdf files. Poor interface.

Does not yet support PDF files. Useless for me until this support is added.

Can't browse to a local file. Can't select it as an option when opening a PDF. It's pretty much useless for my use (reading secure PDFs while at lunch)
