FXCM Trading Station Mobile

Great apps. Would like to see the chart display as well after "Close" position selected.

I think fxcm should add some tool that can make a graph about capital, Equity, graph of account summary

Otherwise its very sluggish. Too much data is trying to come in a small pipeline (pardon the pun). I have a Samsung S4 with AT&T providing service. My phone has very few apps on it and I make sure that they are closed when trying to run the platform, still no connection to the server. I have even forced a RAM dump to clear space, still nothing. Works fine with a wifi connection.

Something is definitely wrong with the app. The fxcm support keeps pushing you around with reset modem, reinstall. Even to the point of asking to reset my phone, that is the worse reply. Nothing works, whats worse is they sound robotic, as if they're hiding info from us. Please fix price server problem.

People are making money while I twiddle my thumbs today and watch. Had a few nice entries for today but broker is closed. Brokers are not nice either. Going to tradersway. Better levergae, better spread, and open on dec 26 and jan 1st unlike FXCM

One of the worst app ever. Slow, it stops when price is moving fast. Bad connection always happens at high priority news lol FXCM is playing against their customers. Be careful everyone not to trade with them

Worst trading app. Learn something from oanda. They have a better Tsing app. Why does it logout every time I go to another app and come back within seconds???? That wastes lot of time for users who continously trade on mobile and it takes lot of time to connect each time. Oanda doesn't take so long and it never logs out unless I want to.

It automatically closes all positions when I try to open more than 1. Very slow when I try to close my positions as well. Terrible app. I'll be closing my account today.

I love this app, easiest to use out there, especially for beginners. Its what I used to learn.. but FXCM was involved in a huge legal suit for those that don't know, for scamming. They aren't allowed to open accounts in the US.

Can not connect using 3g since the last update, always say no internet connection. Wifi still ok but i need 3g connection to work. Update 2016: errors have been fixed.

You need to fix a huge things in this app immediately PLEASE!!! A lot of problems Internet connection issue, very slow running platform, sometimes I saw an opportunity to buy or sell pair and when I put the lot and placed the open position then come back to the chart ..the chart is running running running And I was checked my Internet its still full of signal so finally when the chat is appear i had missed the entry point and the price is take off . Fix it develops it Please!!!!!!

App doesn't auto-logout when I switch apps for me. Trades are fast for me. Connection good for me. Idk why people bring up other company's name in their reviews...

I had opened 1 free demo mini account. Does it will cost me real money to buy things. I am new to this

This works fine for on the go demo trading or monitoring but FXCM doesn't have an app to live trade an Mt4 account. This is solely for Trading Station which isn't universal like Mt4. You can only view your Mt4 through the trading station app. That's an issue.

Don't expect them to have all their desktop charting features in the mobile app, in addition to the many things they could don't add making looking up information a tedious experience.

Great app when it works. Was using trial version for three days and it decided to stop working. Was going to open a account but decided not to now. Don't waste your time with this product.

I can't set or modify a Stop Loss or Limit after entering a trade. REQUEST: An added option to play a sound when trade reaches a custom "#" value pips profit or higher would be nice. It could set a variable so it only plays once and when a profitable trade goes negative, it could reset that variable and even play a different sound. This would be great.

One minute to open demo. When i log into the app it shows my account not valid. I take this to be an very, very amature attempt. Not for big thinkers. I'll stick to iqoption.

Wow If Trading With This Software I would be broke in no time..DC in critical moment won't pull up charts when you need it...

This app is amazing. Cant live without it I have only one suggestion for improvement it would be nice if when I pulled up my crosshairs it showed the price where the crosshairs are along with the the ticker price. As the crosshairs are usually where I'm looking for my strike rate also WEEKEND ACCESS TO CHARTS WOULD BE GREAT AS THAT IS WHEN I LIKE TO LOOK AT LEVELS TO TRADE FOR THE COMING WEEK. THANK YOU

Every now and then a system error will occur when I attempt to switch time charts but other than that everything works fairly well

Can't move stop losses! Gotta be able to break even. Once we can adjusted stops and limits then we got something

What's the point of this app if we can't get a notification wished...plus, like the Trading station, full of bugs and need a huge improvement, but given the skills of the FXCM programmers, better to be patient....

It's bothering me when I have to check my positions in “Open position” every time after go through the charts in “Rate”. Why don't just make them visible in charts of “Rate”. Still, prefer Trade Interceptor.

best trading app I've come across .. works great with wi fi and 3g on my samsung s6... all the indicators you could ever need plus more

Not able to access on mobile networks. Sometime also gives the message 'no Internet connection " even on wifi

For trading on the go, this app has what is needed. Obviously not as great as the MT4 for computers, but it has the basics plus some handy extras.

I am working with Demo Account from last six months but we have not found any bugs in the app. So this one is the best app

I like the feature that you can set TP and SL in pips plus a feature for trailing stops but charts take too long to load and has to load everytime I open a chart

Some times it works and most of time it does not! The Error is : unable to connect to FXCM , check your connection ! The same issue when i use wifi or 4G

Every time I have to trust this session, I tried this app with an trial account but it fails,I can't sell what I bought, and many other issues.

crap...always loging out..can not use even in 4g network..sorry not possible to give less than 1 star..

Most of the time it doesn't execute me order. It just gives me a loading screen which is absurd. I miss out on so many opportunities because of this. The same applies when I try and get out of positions. Imagine wanting to get out of a position, having to close the app, re log in and then close out. Yea, i lost money. Then the charts usually stop loading after 5-10 min of use, which then you guessed it, I have to close the app and relog in again. Awful, if it's not fixed soon, I'm leaving FXCM.

Too many, costs people money

I tried to register for demo account but it says unable to connect to FXCM

Effective and easy to use but app keeps freezing on multiple devices which is annoying having to force stop the app and restart it regularly

Every time it try to login keep tell me check your connection

Why moving averages show the same line when using close and open price?

Every time I login using my mobile data I have to trust the session before I can login. FXCM need to fix error on the new update.
