Hi their last night I downloaded the hypnotherapy pro and started the DNA section. I started watching the swinging watch until it got to the count down. I felt uncomfortable so I turned it off. Will this affect me in anyway? I won't be stuck in a trance or anything?. Please help as I'm scared.
