Initial experience very positive but when I had to reload app I couldn't download the full database of images. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help and customer service stopped responding to email.

App will not download all the pictures. I had to restart install after each folder group. There are 19 different folder groups. After a few days I gave up. This would be a great app if you could get it installed. 3 months later it still does n9r work. Waste of money!!

Won't let me expand the page to read the fonts. Very hard to read on my Galaxy S4. Needs work.

The app works fine and is useful in the field. However, it must be a work in progress and is not up to date with every species found at the online site. For example, online virginia tickseed (Hackelia virginiana) is found but it is not on the app. When are updates made to the app??
