The "free" app quickly becomes a $3.99 app, if you want a comprehensive guide. When you open the "free" app, it immediately asks you to "unlock." The "free" maps may have 2 or 3 red dots, labeled beta or "free trial." By now, I am ready to just go rent a guide (which I happily would have done without the run around above.) (Of course, there's an additional line and more "tickets" to buy in order to access the rental.)

Used this for a one day tour of the Louvre. Much cheaper than the audioguide! Some item descriptions are appended to the wrong items and the interface is a bit cranky but otherwise this is great.

This app really goes a long way in providing clear and detailed insight into each exhibit. I usually get confused while walking through rooms and rooms of exhibits, and the louvre is no exception. Not only does this provide clarity and detail to each exhibit, saving $ from audio guide, but I can also go back and remind myself of what I saw. The map and pictures help in keeping track as well. Great job!

Good recommendations but the ordering is bad. Lots of backtracking required (not good considering how large the Louvre is). Also some exhibits no longer there. Needs updating.

Direct description of objects and lot of tours are the advantages of this app. Definitely more informative than the audio guides available in the museum.

Intuitive and user friendly design, packed with lots of info that you can dig into well after you have left the museum. Equally good as a virtual tour with lots of HD quality images from various angles. Premium version is really worth the time n money you spend on your Paris trip!

Well designed app to go around the Louvre. The 4 hr , 1 day and 2 day tour advises helped me to make the best visits and choose amongst the plethora of options there. The location of the artefact alongwith the description etc was a good idea. Thanks! Happy with the quality of the description as well! Great job! Saved me money from the audio guides!
