Maybe it is our 3 year old phones but it lets me down frequently. I am really hoping a new handset or further updates mean i am not having conversations with myself!

I've not tested the softphone, but all other (cool) features work well. My device is an LG G5. Make sure your company has a competent tech setting it up on the back end. I will add the fifth star when I get some run time on the softphone and if it goes well.

This app is not fit for business use! It seems fine at first, but you'll quickly discover that the softphone stops working after a few minutes of the screen being locked! This alone is enough to make the softphone feature useless, but the app is also plagued with other functionality issues: - The app shows you a tiny indicator in your notifications when you get a call. To answer, you'll have to unlock the phone, enter your password, open the notification, wait for the app to load and finally press Answer. Support gave the excuse that all softphones do this but this simply isn't true! CSIPSimple, Skype, Bria, Zoiper etc. all show you proper overlays above your lockscreen. - The phone only rings or vibrates once unless the screen is on. Unless you happen to have your ears open for the possibility of a phone call, it's very easy to miss. - Pressing the "Reject" button when receiving a call doesn't let the caller know your intent, it just lets the other phone keep ringing until it times out. These issues are all present on a Nexus 5X and an Xperia Z3, both OFFICIALLY supported devices on Mitel's website. Please seriously reconsider investing in Mitel softphones!

Good app but it would be great to have the phone ring even if the app is not running. At the moment app only gives a small notification when there's an incoming call. If it's updated to ring on incoming call it would be perfect
