Ok people the App is free but as for all things in life nowt is actually free so yes you need to pay a subscription to access all records .Even if you order records direct from the relevant authorities You still need to pay. The app could be better but do you want to do all on the phone if not just log onto main site and you know what you can do loads more

Easy to use, matches up with other genealogical programs and public records. One major shortcoming; The complete version is very expensive.

It is misleading when it says free. You can't actually search relatives and confirm documents without paying an apparently large fee. The subscription that I saw was yearly for about 170 dollars, and that wasn't even the useful one.

Modern technology pulling a wide range of data together. Maybe info not perfect but the picture is drawn so everything fits and makes sense.

Great app, until it's time to pay.... not best for hobby, but the data is worth the investment if this is a serious project.

Good service, when we had 1 issue and inquired about a refund a customer service rep reached out to us and "called " us to make sure we were happy with the resolution they offered us.

Literally cannot do anything unless you pay, misleading by having a free app!

It's a great app for finding families of matches, but it can be overwhelming to process the sheer number of relatives added to your tree all at once.

My mother and father were never married, however, this app automatically changed my mother's last name to my father's last name and he was listed as her husband and I could not correct this.

Some problem if want to printing. Beside that is very good

I found my Dad's family , it's taken 63 years x, anyone who is my relative please get in touch x

This company defrauded me of money, unauthorized transaction. Avoid, is a scam

I created a whole big family tree and then it shrinked into two people named unknown

Greatest app for building your family tree! I'm lost for hours searching, and discovering new things about my ancestors!

It doesn't edite r read with out inter net...When developer do It works(edited r read )offline mode it maybe great app

This app is great if you already own a subscription on your pc then this app is an extension of that.. you get hints you can Research and add info....

Great data base shared with huge number of users as a community. Start using this and watch other members trees cross over!

I paid and need to still pay more for content that should be included.

More tools to work between heritage sites and make corrections.
