Easily set up automated events based on time and device conditions, they can be simple or complex "what if" scenarios that make your devices do useful things at preset times or other conditions of your choice.

Won't log it self as an app on my phone. Have to go through the download process every time. Otherwise it is 10x faster than the Web site.

Works very well once you get it setup. I use it with a Raspberry Pi and would say it's probably the best option for the Pi in home automation. The main downside for me is that it doesn't support z-wave and z-wave has the majority share of devices.

Tried server on a Pi and BeagleBone Black with ZBPLM. No real performance difference so stayed with the Pi. Connection is reasonably quick. Device setup works well for Insteon. Zigbee bulb worked well initially but has since failed to connect after moving closer. Not sure where fault with that lays. Hoping for better Insteon scene support soon!

Much improved from previous iterations and if you are familiar with typical archaic home automation setup and operation this will suit you fine but no way a mainstream user gets it. imo someone needs to retool the thought process from the computer geek mentality to a mainstream plug and play ux. Get out of Adobe air (it's leggy and not really finger friendly and get native into android studio and emulate some of the newer gen ux and guidance heuristics and design. 4 stars for excellent support response.

Really bad UI. Many things don't work. Other things are confusing or not explained. The only good thing is the customer support.

It just displays a white screen and then closes after a few seconds without an error message. App seems to be broken. This is on a Sprint Galaxy S3. +1 star for replying to my rating, thank you.

The support Smartenit provides can't be beat. I was having some trouble with my dimmers and they jumped right in and solved the problem for me. Great Company! Great Product!

They better not remove this app like I heard they're going to. You need to use THIS app to install x10 devices to be able to use new app. After you do, they show up on the new app. New app WILL NOT install any x10 devices, says I don't have a hub with x10, even though I've always used a ZBPLM with x10 support for years. Aside from a single page of setup instructions, tecnical documentation is non existent on smartenit products.
