Useless!

Freezes constantly. Can't log in, can't create an account. Hoping for a Vivino style app and got a pointless app. Sort it out! Great wine but this is spoiling it Count down till next order in 2 months

Unfortunately it just does not work. It completely freezes all the time. Totally pointless. If you are going to develop an app for selling, make sure it works before you publish it.

Love Laithwaites but this app is atrocious. Just freezes all the time before you have even done anything. If this were the only way to place an order they'd go out of business in no time.

Spinners, freezing and unusable. The wine is good, the app is shocking.

Wondered if it was just me but I see others also find this application non-functional. It freezes every time I try to move from the very slow to load homepage. This is broken.

Installed the new update today and now unable to log in to my account with this app on my Samsung Galaxy s6, it is also causing freezing so it is now useless to me. Test before you release!

Can't log into my account. The login page of the app freezes. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing works. Makes the app useless.

It just does not work. I sure hope you did not pay anything for this app as it is total rubbish. So unlike Laithwaites.

Can't get it to work at all. Doesn't let me log into my account. Can't see anything other than the catalogues. Can't order...complete pants.

App is REALLY poor and unstable.

Very slow to open and the functions are very laggy but seems to work OK. Handy app as long as your not in a hurry, will hopefully will get better when updates are available. Very annoying that a need help icon covers up part of the navigation menu - bad idea. EDIT: i take it all back this app has more bugs than Springwatch, do not install

Rubbish, just doesn't work. I'll go back to ordering my wine from the Wine Society.

Kept freezing as per other comments. Great company poor app sadly.

I have had this app for well over a year, and it has not improved at all. Slow, clunky and gives zero incentive to use over the website. As somebody else has already said, clicking back dumps you right back to the app menu. Awful user experience.

Waste of space app. Brochureware apps are of no interest to anyone these days, especially if the responsiveness is dog awfull. Some expenditure on internal systems and a fully integrated app is well overdue by the looks of things.

Slow, clunky, back button seems to dump you way back rather than close the window you're looking at. This could be so much better. I want something that has all my wines in so I can review and favourite then for reordering. This is so awful to use.
