Скрининг ЛГ

Скрининговый опросник предназначен для ранней диагностики легочной гипертензии (ЛГ).

Опросник состоит из 6 разделов, которые заполняются врачом:

1). Клинические симптомы
2). Данные физикального осмотра
3). Анамнестические сведения
4). Наличие заболеваний, ассоциированных с ЛГ
5). Наличие признаков ЛГ по данным электрокардиографии (ЭКГ) и рентгенографии органов грудной клетки
6). Наличие признаков ЛГ по данным эхокардиографии (ЭхоКГ)

Наличие как минимум одного из перечисленных признаков указывает на необходимость дообследования, а при наличии критериев возможного или высоковероятного диагноза по данным ЭхоКГ больного следует срочно направить в экспертный центр для верификации диагноза и назначения терапии.

С помощью мобильного приложения врач первичного звена сможет быстро рассчитать суммарный балл, определяющий вероятность наличия у пациента ЛГ.

Внедрение мобильного приложения со скрининговым опросником в клиническую практику на уровне первичного звена должно способствовать улучшению выявляемости пациентов с ЛГ на ранних стадиях заболевания, что является залогом успешного лечения и улучшения прогноза.
Приложение разработано Российским медицинским обществом по артериальной гипертонии при поддержке ООО «Пфайзер». Screening Questionnaire for early diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension (PH).

The questionnaire consists of 6 sections, which are filled with a physician:

1). clinical symptoms
2). These physical examination
3). A history information
4). The presence of diseases associated with PH
5). Existence of LH according to the electrocardiography (ECG) and X-ray chest
6). The presence of symptoms of PH by echocardiography (echocardiography)

The presence of at least one of the following signs indicates the need for further examination, and if there are criteria for the diagnosis of possible or highly probable according to echocardiography of the patient should be referred immediately to the expert center for verification of diagnosis and therapy.

With the mobile app physician primary care can quickly calculate the total score, which determines the probability of a patient LH.

Introduction of mobile applications with the screening questionnaire in clinical practice in primary care should help to improve the detection of patients with PH in the early stages of the disease, which is the key to successful treatment and improve prognosis.
