SARS Mobile eFiling

Impossible to login using the App, keeps saying incorrect username/password but when you enter the same details via web browser it works. Fix it or delete the App from the store until you can bring out an App that works!

Many people have already complained about challenges on this app and yet it seems no one is attempting to solve the problems. That it is useless is an understatement of the year. There is not even an administrator who takes notes of the complaints and communicate with complainants.

Nonsensification in its perfection in this app. This is just nonsense and waste of time. It's impossible to register on this amateur initiated idea. my advice to anyone who brought this useless airfield app is that consult professionals on this app development sphere.

I used this app for the first time last year (2016) to SUBMIT my return. Turns out it reflected that I never submitted it (only found that out today 2017-08-21). Most probably I did something wrong, but I was still under the impression that I submitted it since I tapped on SUBMIT at the top of the return. You cannot even make rectifications on your return from this app - you MUST access e-filing on a laptop or PC to make rectifications. I will most definitely NOT use this app again to submit any of my future returns.

I am just wondering, how can one give this app a five star rate while it does the opposite of its own description? You developers you ask us to comment we do that but still nothing changes. Please do something !!!

Read all the negative comments about this app. Install it anyway and I must say that I am happy. It worked just fine on my HUAWEI P9 Lite.

How can you not have a registration option on the app itself. When you go to the sars website to register it boots you out. Total waste of data

When you go on the website says you on mobile device you have to download app but you can't register from app....??? You need to PUT more effort and work on this app to make it user friendly ......disappointed..

This is useless but then again i understand why. Our president is useless, so this is like his bank acc bloody useless to the rest of the country.

it's useless it requires logging details that I dont even have. my data is wasted and i had to delete a lot of Apps to download this useless App.

It's bloody useless! Can't even log on cos it identifies u on mobile and come up with error.

This version of the app is not as user friendly as last year's. Cannot view correspondence or upload documents.

Yet again Goverment wasted tax payers money on tendering this useless app. This app is useless. Tell your bloody developers not to use Cross-platform when developing such apps

Honestly, if ur gonna expect people to download the app to register, it's not rocket science that u have to actually give the registration option in the app.. What does this govt ever get right? ????

This app. Is useless. It tells you to download it. How can an application tell you to download itself? It doesn't make sense really.
