This is the poorest attempt at an app. It opens a lowly mobile browser version of the already poorly designed desktop site. Thanks a lot. Wish my company had not parted with Voya. Uninstalled. Hope someone's listening...

Useless app. All it does is opens up your browser and brings you to the website. Deleting.

This is beyond useless! No point of downloading the app when it sends you to the website. It's not even worth the time. I get an ERROR while trying to view my Coverage Details EVERY TIME! Would help if it actually Worked.

There is no point. It takes you to the website and you have to log in like you would anyway. I don't get it. Plus it takes over your phone and takes you to their site and won't let you escape. UNINSTALLING!!!

Why do I need this app? This app literally does nothing but open my web browser to a website for my information. Completely useless otherwise.

This isn't an app, it just opens your companies web portal in your web browser.

Just a redirect to the website. No point in using the app.

I'd give it 5 stars if this were the Google Bookmark store!

I installed this app per a recommendation from Target benefit documents. It is a simple app: it asks for your company name, searches a database for matches, then displays one and asks you to confirm if it is correct. If it is, then your browser opens and loads the company's corresponding benefits page. If you are expecting more than this, then you are likely looking for another app.

There is absolutely no need for this app. It is nothing more than a link to the Upoint website.

This will not accept my company despite a glossy newsletter sent to me instructing me to download this app. What's up with that??

Ditto with Ellen's review. Was sent a brochure through snail mail about the advantages of this wonderful app.....I followed the directions to the letter but app doesn't recognize "State Farm" and I tried numerous ways to enter the info. Currently a non working worthless app.

It won't open after the first time getting into app. If SF and Aon want people to use this app then make it work.

They got the State Farm thing fixed but now the app won't open after I opened it the first time. Note, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it opened and worked. However I tried again to open it a day later and it did the same thing it did before. It will not open.

AON's Upoint app really blows. I got it to open once then never again. Just hangs forever with some bs swirls on the screen. They must know the app is crap as the only thing that appears on the swirling screen is a toll free help number. I called, the recording said call back during business hours. The definition of suck.

No explanation. The landing page itself has search issues with no explanation. Couldn't use the app. Uninstalled.

Will open only once. Then you have to uninstall and reinstall. A piece of junk.

Will not accept the name of my company, state farm. Useless

This isn't actually an app; its just a portal to your company's healthcare website... Save yourself the space on your phone and just bookmark/favorite the website, instead...

I select my employer and it shuts down every time

It accepted my company; Alcoa Inc. I got what I needed.

This app provides a great snapshot of your benefits accounts, including performance, etc. To update previous posts, this does work for State Farm but you need to search on the initial start page using a capital S and capital F as the instructions on the flyer indicates. It won't find the company if all lowercase letters are used. Hope that helps those having issues.

Why offer an app to get easy access to your company benefits via phone or tablet and it won't except your company which you know is handled by them! What kind of bull is that!?!!! Or did they just need a moment to access you device data?!??

App doesn't run I.T. Support none existence with aecom if u your gonna give a app to use make sure it works with all devices wasting my. Time and breath

This app is the equivalent to a bookmark in your phones internet browser. App is pointless.
