Content is good but the app needs lots of improvements has lots of hugs and the support team on chat is non responsive for any query or concern

So far i am having a very good experience at babychakra. I had earlier joiny another app where even after being in the same burth club people dint ans my queries while a friend suggested me this app i am so happy that my queries get addressed and i dont feel out of place. A very good initiative is to reward every helping mother which in turns helps advise seeking mothers to recieve genuine answers to their questions. The only reason why i am staying at4 stars is because there could have been an option of having a birth month club which would really help moms to be who are expected to deliver in same month bond more. All in all i am happy and satisfied in all other ways. Thanks active team babychakra.
