TO POST A JOB: Download app. Enter Brief user profile. Then hit “POST.” List a fair project price that will entice applicants, take/post pictures of job/site, list a brief and a detailed description of project needing completed, and note if tools or equipment is supplied. That's It! You will receive instant notification when a worker applies. Your personal info and address is hidden from applicants, until you hit “HIRE.”
Who do you hire? You see the applicants profile page, picture, and view their ratings, other jobs they have done, and most importantly ALL other employers comments! You can chose to hire a non-professional worker or a professional worker. It's your budget! Workers will be building a permanent on line resume by your comments! (They also get to comment on your profile, so be fair and not misleading if you expect lots of future applicants.)

TO FIND 1 DAY JOB: Download app. Enter brief user Profile. Hit “FIND”and all jobs in your area will appear. You will see price, pictures, and short title. Click on the Job for more detailed description. View employers profile and prior workers comments they had experienced. Hit “APPLY.” Your personal contact info is hidden from employer until they hit “HIRE.” This provides instant notification on your phone! Now that you are hired, contact your employer in a timely fashion. Don't make them wait! Be presentable, profession, polite, and courteous! Go get the Job done to the best of your ability. Upon completion, the employer will pay you. Do not ask for prepayment! Finish the JOB! Then comment on the employers profile page and rate him. That's it! Done!
