Festival Internacional De tango corrientes

FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE TANGO – FIT2017 – CORRIENTES, ARGENTINA.
Fundamento.
El tango, un género musical que nació en el Rio de la Plata entre Argentina y Uruguay con los aportes de los pueblos inmigrantes, se ha convertido en un símbolo, un referente y un atractivo que atrae a miles de personas desde los países más lejanos a las calles de Buenos Aires. Uno de los atractivos más fuertes de la capital argentina y que genera muchos ingresos en viajes, comidas, alojamientos y demás.
Pero esta gran pasión popular también se vive en todos los rincones del país, ya que el género se ha convertido en la música más representativa de la Argentina. En nuestra provincia, el tango ha generado diversos espacios de recreación donde los seguidores se han refugiado a interpretar la música popular por medio de academias de danzas, solistas vocales e instrumentales, orquestas y difusores. El público correntino ha demostrado una gran pasión por el género, llenando las instalaciones del Teatro Vera con las presentaciones de artistas como: Raúl Lavié, Rubén Juárez, Guillermito Fernández, entre otros, y ha participado masivamente en encuentros al aire libre con la Orquesta de Osvaldo Piro.

Esto nos permitió pensar, a quienes practicamos y sostenemos el género, en la organización de un festival que convoque a todos los seguidores del tango, artistas y públicos en general, con el objetivo de brindar a la comunidad un destacado evento popular. La primera edición fue en el año 2013 y hasta el momento podemos hablar de un gran éxito ya que en cinco años de festival, se han sumado no solo artistas y mucho público de Corrientes, sino también del Chaco, Formosa y Misiones, Paraguay y Brasil, lo que nos permite pensar en el cumplimiento de uno de los objetivos que es el crecimiento hacia otras provincias y todo lo que esto genera para el comercio local.

CAMBIO DE NOMBRE.
Las cuatro primeras ediciones, el festival llevó el nombre de “Corrientes Tango Festival”, luego, y dado la cantidad de turistas que nos visitan de Paraguay y Brasil, y artistas de estas nacionalidades, más brasileños y chilenos que solicitan participar, decidimos cambiar el nombre a Festival Internacional de Tango – FIT – Corrientes, Argentina. Seguimos creciendo!!

Basis.
Tango, a musical genre that was born in the Rio de la Plata between Argentina and Uruguay with the contributions of immigrant peoples, has become a symbol, a landmark and an attraction that draws thousands of people from more distant countries the streets of Buenos Aires. One of the strongest attractions of Argentina's capital and income generating many travel, meals, accommodation and others.
But this great popular passion also lives in every corner of the country, because the genre has become the most representative music of Argentina. In our province, the tango has generated various recreational spaces where followers have taken refuge to interpret popular music through academies of dances, vocal and instrumental soloists, orchestras and diffusers. The correntino public has shown great passion for the genre, filling facilities Vera Theater with performances by artists such as Raúl Lavié, Rubén Juárez, Guillermito Fernández, among others, and has massively participated in meetings outdoor Orchestra Osvaldo Piro.

This allowed us to think, to practice and sustain gender in organizing a festival to convene all followers of the tango, artists and public in general in order to give the community an important popular event. The first edition was in 2013 and so far we can talk about a great success since five years festival, have joined not only artists and a large audience of Corrientes, but also the Chaco, Formosa and Misiones, Paraguay and Brazil , which allows us to think in fulfilling one of the goals is growth to other provinces and all that it generates for local trade.

NAME CHANGE.
The first four editions, the festival took the name of "Corrientes Tango Festival" then, and given the number of tourists who visit us from Paraguay and Brazil, and artists of these nationalities, more Brazilians and Chileans who apply, we decided to change the name to International Tango Festival - FIT - Corrientes, Argentina. We keep growing!!
