Keep using your phone in your sleep? This app will help you stop that addiction. Just set a time to wake up, and you will be unable to access other apps until the timer is finished or until you cancel it.

Just open the app, select the time you want to be woken up, select an alarm tone ,click lock and DONE. Now if you pick up the phone, a message will block access to the screen. After you click lock, tuck the phone into your sheets. When the alarm goes off the phone will vibrate and play the selected tone.
