About Bare Minimum
Bare Minimum provides what the name suggests: The most bare bones workouts you need. Separated into upper and lower body, this app provides graphics and descriptions of exercises you can do when on the road or outside of the gym.
The best way to use this app is to form a circuit with the movements provided. Pick any 5, perform each for 30 seconds - 1 minute and repeat 3-5 times for a full workout.
The app can also randomize a workout for you based on the difficulty you choose.
