A rotation diet is a perfect way to alleviate any stress affecting your body from your diet. Typically we may have unwanted reactions from certain types of food such as dairy or gluten. In a rotation diet, you eat your carbs, fats, and protein from specific groups of food. Each day would have you eating from a certain group, thus you rotate groups. A rotation diet is meant to last 4 days. It can be hard not eating the food you love but sometimes it can help our bodies get back on track.
This app groups your food choices together so all you have to do is pick from a certain family of foods to eat and rotate to a different family on the next day. This app was inspired by the writings of Paul Check, to learn more about him and his thoughts towards rotation dieting, read his book "How To Eat, Move and Be Healthy."
