HealthPal

HeathPal is an application that will provide the users variety of benefits, including healthy food recipes and video for workout. We focus on 2 main things such as Nutrition and Activity. In the Nutrition section, HealthPal will provide a bunch of recipes for healthy food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, and drink. We also show how much the food contained such as protein, calories, sugar etc. On the other hand, the Activity section will allow our users to watch workout videos. In this section, there are 2 special features such as distance tracker and sleeping analysis. With Distance tracker, it'll track users walking distance by showing the data in meters. Whereas sleeping analysis we will allow our users to set the time when they want to go to bed. When the time has come, there will be an alert and notification showing our users it's time to sleep or wake up.
