El Ministerio Público Fiscal es un órgano estatal independiente que integra el sistema de administración de justicia.
La Constitución Provincial lo ha ubicado institucionalmente dentro de la órbita del Poder Judicial.
Tiene por misión actuar en defensa del interés público y los derechos de las personas, procurando ante los Tribunales la satisfacción del interés social y custodiar la normal prestación del servicio de justicia.
Responde a una organización vertical y está integrado por el Fiscal General -que es su autoridad máxima y el responsable de su correcto y eficaz funcionamiento-, por cuatro (4) Fiscales Adjuntos y por los Fiscales de Cámara, en lo Correccional, de Instrucción, en lo Civil y Comercial, de Familia y en lo Penal Juvenil que determine la ley.
El Ministerio Público Fiscal es único y será representado por cada uno de sus integrantes en los actos y procesos en que actúen.
Ejerce sus funciones por medio de sus órganos propios, ajustado a los principios de legalidad, imparcialidad, unidad de actuación y dependencia jerárquica. The Public Prosecutor is an independent state body that integrates the system of administration of justice.
The Provincial Constitution has institutionally located within the orbit of the Judiciary.
Its mission is to act in the public interest and the rights of persons before the courts seeking the satisfaction of social interest and safeguard the normal provision of judicial services.
Responds to a vertical organization and is composed of the Attorney General, which is the highest authority and responsible for its proper and effective operation-, four (4) Prosecutors and Deputy Prosecutors Chamber, Correctional, Instruction, Civil and Commercial, Family and Criminal Juvenile determined by law.
The Public Prosecutor is unique and will be represented by each of its members in the events and processes that act.
It performs its functions through its own organs, adjusted to the principles of legality, impartiality, unity of action and hierarchical dependency.
