Meditation 15 Minutes on OM

Everyday 15 minutes of doing This Real and Original Meditation can bring an abundance of peace to your mind, elimination of stress, and goodness to your health.
15 Minutes OM Meditation App is a great tool for you to start the process of doing meditation.
The App starts with display of a Menu.
From the menu, select 'LESSON' to learn the simple method of doing this Meditation.
Following are the steps:
We sit in a quiet place.
Close our eyes.
Relax our forehead.
And.
Concentrate between our eyes.
Then, we Visualize OM at the point of concentration.
Anytime we start to lose OM at the point of concentration, we open our eyes momentarily to look at OM on the device screen and establish it again at the point of concentration.

Meditation
To do Meditation, we click on 'MEDITATE' button on the Menu screen, which takes us to the Meditate screen.
On the Meditate screen, we click the 'Play' button to start 15 minutes of OM Mantra chanting.
We listen to the OM Mantra chanting on the device while we chant the same Mantra in our mind.

At later stage, we can shut off the audio volume on the device, and Chant the Mantra by ourselves in our mind.
