First time to purchase bed linen. Have purchased garden items, 3 out of 4 products very good. 4th item broke in the 1st month, disappointing. Still 3 out of 4 all good.

They don't advise customers when out of stock, for paid ordered items. Which is annoying.

Love The Home have bought lots of things from you. The only thing i find annoying is the delivery time its always such a long wait. Other then that very good app.

Good products. Delivery slow if you purchase at start of sale, can take up to one month.

I have been waiting for months for a replacement on a faulty item, this app continues to send messages saying they are chasing it up but no answer!!! Terrible customer service. I have since asked for a refund which has been ignored. I do not recommend this app at all.

Constantly couldn't login to purchase anything. Reset password email would not come through. Great deals if you could actually purchase them!!

So much variety. I love that this site has very modern and up to date items. One thing that annoys me is once you click on an item to view it and then you want to return to the same place that you once were, it keeps returning you back to the very beginning of the page and makes it hard to keep going back to where you were looking but this is my only gripe. I would highly recommend to my friends.

It would be nice if there was more than one picture per item! I think I would have purchased more if I could actually see exactly what the item was. Also the payment system doesn't work. It doesnt select my address or credit card and had to use the browser to process my purchase. What was the point of downloading the app?

Everything I shop is delivered super quickly,really good brands at a crazy price, everything I shop from my place is coming from The Home. So easy to shop on the APP

Good buys - updates sales - good variety

I mean i like the products but you pay separate shipping for different sales and it takes bloody weeks for you to get your items. Its almost not worth the wait. I have items delivered from the U.K and the states quicker.
