Shows two different remaining credit amounts, while I know for a fact that I'm already over my limit. Garbage app, don't bother.

I have been using this app since I bought Base SIM card. It doesn't update my data consumption, instead of that, I log out and re-log in to see my latest consumption state. Overall, I don't see my credit value in latest updates any more.

Everytime I use it requies update an reconfiguration of the account. Completely useless. I stopped using it.

Sinds een update kan ik het resterende belkrediet niet meer raadplegen. Als oplossing wordt voorgesteld dat je dat toch kan raadplegen via sms of door te bellen. . The design and layout is very easy to use. New payment plan boasts 15€ and can configure mins and data, except this doesn't work: The next screen gives option to conform change to base15 bit no config option, so I didn't change plan.

Worked once, now keeps saying. "We can't find this account". My first month with Base and they sent me a text claiming I was over my monthly limit (even though I now have 5x more than last month with Proximus and then I never ever went over my limit).

Doesn't actually keep track of data properly. Had to pay 400 Euros overage after it said I only used 13GB of data. Company claimed I used 30GB. That's after I switched my plan to double my data. Still had to pay it.

If you are a heavy traveller count on the inability of this app to inform you in real time about your data usage and get prepared for insane bills upon return (in hundreds of Euro).

Worked for a while, quite handy. Since several months, however, i can no longer log in through any of the provided methods, nor change the password

Not bad. It took me a while to get used to the display but I find the app useful to monitor my budget and invoices.

Can't login at all, either with credentials or using the network and the app logs me out all the time....

It always logs you out, and it's impossible to reset your password if you forgot it. Takes time to properly monitor you balance, just lags a ton. Just not as functional and reliable as you would expect it to be.

Login is problematic, doesn't remember credentials. Login via mobile network times out when you're on WiFi. Paid invoices still show up as unpaid.

Crappy app. Doesn't do what it's supposed to do. Data doesn't update even with latest app update. Stuck at usage of begin of March!

I was always very happy with the app but now it hasnt been up to date as it still shows me February and its being troublesome! I have already reinstalled the app but it didnt help Please do something about it as i want to continue using the app! Thanks

Information not updated on time, so not reliable. App not flexible, cannot be adjusted to ones needs i.e. would like to be able to see more detailed info reg calls and data usage.

I don't have any trouble with this app. Works perfectly, dont see a reason not to give 5. Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

App doesn't work. Haven't been able to login for a long time. Tells me my account doesn't exist. Strange that I can login on desktop. Login with mobile network doesn't work either. Useless app.

Cant use it. It says that the number format is wrong while I dont have any problems to log in on the homepage.

More recent update you can see in the websiye and the app is very late to deliver the latest data
