يسعد بلدية المنطقة الشمالية أن تعلن عن إطلاق تطبيق خاص بها على أجهزة الهواتف الذكية،حيث يمكن لمستخدمي هذه الأجهزة التواصل مع البلدية والحصول على كافة الخدمات الالكترونية التي يتم تقديمها عبر شبكة الانترنت والموقع الالكتروني للوزارة، بالإضافة إلى التواصل والتفاعل مع البلدية.

إن هذه الخطوة تأتي في إطار حرص بلدية المنطقة الشمالية على سهولة التواصل مع العملاء والمراجعين وتقديم الخدمات والمعلومات اللازمة لهم بيسر وسهولة، من خلال تحقيق الاستفادة القصوى من التقنية الحديثة وتسخيرها في خدمة المراجعين.

وسوف يتضمن التطبيق الجديد العديد من الخدمات التي تشمل تحديد مواقع مباني البلدية والحدائق والسواحل، وتلقى الرسائل اليومية الصادرة على البلدية والاطلاع على إصدارتها وكذلك تقديم الشكوى والاستفسارات وغيرها من الخدمات.

إننا نتمنى أن تكون هذه الخدمة إضافة حقيقية لتعزيز آليات التواصل مع الجمهور وأن تنال رضاهم وتعكس الجهود الكبيرة التي تقوم بها البلدية في خدمة المجتمع.
