GeoWiz ELD/AOBRD LTE

It's getting better but seems during the week doesn't seem to track my miles rite. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. No costmer service or help at all, they don't ever answer or retturns calls! Very disappointed with geowiz n their app! Waste of money ! BUT ALL ELDS SUCK IN MY OPINION

I love this app it was easy to use after getting some help from the support department

Finally got a lot of the bugs worked out. I do get a response to my emails quickly. I am able to use it as AOBRD which is better than eld. Was so frustrated in the beginning but they were able to walk me through.

Hello everyone. Please stay away from this product. this company is very bad serving customer. I bought 4 devices for my 4 trucks. I still have several problems. They never answer the phone when you have a problem. They have a receptionist who some take calls and then email to customer support. Over the last 2 weeks I had serious problems and I sent at least 5 emails and nobody called back. Yesterday on one of my drivers logbook, the logbook information diapered for the last 5 days. It show only of duty although he drove from Portland to Ohio.He lost all logbook. I called them 4 times yesterday, emailed 2 times. No response yet. Very disappointing.

This app cages your status constantly puts you driving while you're in the sleeper won't let you take your breaks won't let you go on duty to fuel you have to constantly operate it while you're driving this app is very dangerous and is definitely going to kill someone seriously this app should be against the law does not help on anything only makes your job extremely difficult and is extremely slow can take hours to do a log entry where to get going only to change everything and be incorrect then you have to certify logs that are totally false all lies and not true that's your only choice or you're stuck you can't move

Still glitchy and slow but getting better. Location tagging needs more work.

Does not work, it will not update location. Always puts you off duty. it's wifi instead of blue tooth which isn't what I was told before purchasing the button. Support only gives you standard replies and will not answer the phone or return call. Don't waste your money buying the button to make you eld compliant. Look elsewhwere.

No good

ZERO customer service. Geowiz LTE is a joke. Geospace Labs is a joke. They put no effort into helping drivers make the transition from paper to electronic logs. They were unprepared with servers, technical support and customer service. They don't return calls, they don't return emails. You get server connection issues when you try to log on. They just want your money. Unfortunately they took my $300 ( I purchased the bundle pack) and haven't provided an service thus far. Read the reviews here and decide for yourself.

We've used GeoWiz for two weeks now, they had some issues in the beginning, but near the end of second week everything seems to be smoothing out. They always answer our questions, when we email them, either by email or phone. It comes with features like dashcam, and gauges that track HOS so drivers can easily manage their hours. We have friends who use KeepTrucking and BigRoad who had the same issues at the start, so people just need to be patient. We will stick with GeoWiz!

Don't waste your time with this worthless app. Download KeepTruckin Elog/ELD. It is a 5 star app! This has been the biggest waste of money and time!!!!

Getting better but still has bugs

Bluetooth adapter doesnt connect to the phone. Customers service doesnt response on e-mails or phone calls. Everything looks like its a scam!!!

Can't even make an account app has connection issues but internet work fine on other apps. Customer service hard to reach

Constantly kicks phone on wi-Fi and will drain battery. May be ok with tablet but not cell phone. They fight to give a refund even though they don't share the connectivity issue with you. Edits on your log are definitely a problem too. Save your time and money and don't bother with this one.

There is a problem with daily milage. It would show me that I drove 3000 miles a day. I just did a trip and I was forced to certify logs that were illegal. Also, when I get fuel and go park it switches to Driving as soon as I move. Customer service is horrible. I already sent them emails and called and nobody answers.

This app has issues that the support team can't fix. I recommend other service if you don't have patience

I tested three ELD devices before geowiz and this is the best one so far. Yes, it has a few bugs but they are easy to overcome and the app gets better with each update. I recommended it to all of my trucker friends.

I squeeze every dime and had been looking for the best option for an ELD for an owner operator. I talked to these folks and decided to give this one a try. I will say there were a few issues getting started, definitely not perfect, but they answered my calls and emails and long story short, this is the best option that I can see for an owner operator period. I had waited to do a review but now that I have been running it for a month and the newest update has a dashcam, I am convinced. Definitely the best bang for the buck.

This is greatest eld. So user friendly.

This company product has major issues!! I will be posting a detailed list of problems and compliance issues it causes. Don't waste your time, money of efforts on this!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! THEY DON'T TAKE OR RETURN YOUR CALLS. APP HAS MAJOR ISSUES AND FREEZES UP. MADE PROMISES WHEN THEY SOLD ME THE SYSTEM AND WERE NOT TRUTHFUL ABOUT IT. HAVE BEEN HUNG UP ON TWICE. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH, DO NOT GO WITH THIS SERVICE.

App seems to work okay but after December 18th it will be useless due to the fact that it has to be hooked into the truck itself through an Eld and if I'm wrong please correct me but from what I owe it's got to be hooked into the truck like your 12 o'clock or one of the standalone IPL teams

Forth one I have tried. Easy to use after initial setup which was a bit hard. Using on a Sony tablet. Has the TX rules which is nice. My wife can see my miles which seems to upload when I hit a truck stop with wifi. Good option at the price. One extra star for no monthly fees.

Bad customer support LED not connecting with the truck strongly not recommended!!!
