De Juridische Faculteit der Amsterdamsche Studenten (JFAS) is de juridische studievereniging van de Universiteit van Amsterdam. We zijn in 1911 ontstaan en zijn daarmee een van de oudste juridische studieverenigingen van Nederland. We zijn een onafhankelijke vereniging wat ons veel vrijheid geeft. Verder vallen we vaak bij onze zusjes op door onze liberale houding. Van oudsher is Amsterdam de meest liberale studentenstad van Nederland. Wij hebben daarom weinig symbolische tradities, maar zijn daarom des te meer gefocust op het nastreven van onze doelen. Edition of the Legal Department of the Amsterdam Student

The Legal Department of the Amsterdam Student (JFAS) is the legal study of the University of Amsterdam. We are founded in 1911 and is thus one of the oldest legal study associations Netherlands. We are an independent organization which gives us a lot of freedom. Furthermore, we often fall when our sisters in our liberal attitude. Traditionally Amsterdam is the most liberal college town in the Netherlands. We therefore have little symbolic traditions, but therefore all the more focused on the pursuit of our goals.
