Quanto basta è il buono del Nord Milano. E’ la dimensione che abbiamo scelto per parlare di cibo e di territorio: è la misura semplice che fa la differenza e crea il buono del Nord Milano.

GLI ITINERARI STORICI:
A cura del Centro di documentazione Storica di Cinisello Balsamo e dell’Associazione Amici del Milanino
. Due viaggi sulle tracce del nostro recente passato, quando la produzione diretta di cibo era ancora l’occupazione prevalente e l’abitare aveva la forma della corte. 
Gli itinerari storici di Quanto basta ripercorrono alcuni dei luoghi che mostrano come sia cambiato il tessuto urbano nel Nord Milano dall’inizio del Novecento. Con lo sviluppo dell’industria gli occupati nell’agricoltura diminuiscono drasticamente, cambiano le abitazioni e i luoghi e i modi della vendita e del consumo di cibo: i negozi, i bar, le trattorie di una volta piano piano vanno scomparendo…


MANGIA QB – I LUOGHI DEL CIBO:
Quanto basta è una rete che permette di ritrovare ristoranti, negozi, mercati e molti altri luoghi in cui ancora oggi si può conoscere, assaggiare e comprare un cibo capace di raccontare la propria storia: da dove viene, come è stato prodotto, perché è stato scelto e lavorato proprio in quel particolare modo. 
Un cibo che si impegna ad essere buono, grazie alla naturalità delle materie prime, pulito, attraverso il rispetto degli ecosistemi e dell’ambiente, giusto, perché garantisce dignità ed equità a chi mangia e a chi produce. 
Un cibo che si può conoscere attraverso l’incontro con chi lo ha prodotto o scelto per noi.

HISTORICAL ROUTES:
Edited by the Documentation Center of Historical Cinisello Balsamo and the Friends of Milanino. Two trips on the trail of our recent past, when the direct production of food was still the predominant occupation and living was shaped court. The historical tours of Enough retrace some of the places that show how it changed the urban fabric in the North Milan beginning of the twentieth century.
