Easy - taxi, car, ridesharing

Won't accept a request because payment info is not enteted but it doesn't give me the option to enter. Not very useful.

I use it all the time in Colombia and Venezuela. Works fantastic and I always find a reliable source of transportation at great prices.

Good app. Just too many push notifications. Please stop them. Thanks.

Me gusta la app. Pero debe mejorar el tiempo de refresh de ubicacion de taxis a veces pasa rato sin mover y despues se mueve. Es necesario poder escribir la dirección de destino y/o marcarla en al mapa porque muchas veces él destino o puntos referenciales no aparecen sugeridos al escribir él destino.

A duas semanas atrás fiz uma contestação da cobrança de uma corrida, que deu mais do dobro da previsão de preço dada pelo app, sem nenhum motivo aparente. Embasei tudo o que afirmava com capturas de tela do aplicativo, e nem mesmo uma resposta automática eu recebi. Bugs são perdoáveis, mas propaganda enganosa e descaso no atendimento, não. Nem se compara com o serviço prestado pela concorrência.

It's good, very punctual, but now I don't have an idea about how to save my favorite addresses, could someone help me please? Because that is annoying...

It fails many times. Need to make multiple requests to find a driver. Often no drivers available. Sometimes completely useless + needs constant updating

O problema são taxistas que aceitam corrida no app, não vão te buscar e não cancelam. O usuário fica preso com táxi que não vem. Usuário não tem recurso a não ser cancelar (e tomar a penalidade) ou esperar os mais de 20 minutos que o app demora pra te dar a opção de chamar outro carro. Taxista continua na boa sem penalidade. Ora, o app tem acesso ao GPS, se detectar que o taxista está embaçando, tem mais é que penalizar ele e deixar o cliente em paz E ainda por cima EXIGE acesso a meus contatos pra funcionar. Além do serviço ruim, ainda quer meus dados pessoais.

Why do you guys need access to my contacts?

Si estoy en un lugar sin una dirección visible es imposible pedir un taxi.

It's simple and easy to use, and most of all legal. UI could be better though, looks outdated. Choosing start and end points in a map as in Google maps would be great for two reasons: no need to know the name of the streets and less tapping the screen (keyboard)

I have been using this app for some time now but latest update is requesting permission to access my contacts, which I'm not very happy to do. Mainly as I don't see a reason for it.

Fantastic application. Too bad they charge 110-160+% more than a regular local yellow taxi/executive service (in Querétaro, Mexico).

Asks for a permission to access my contacts ! Why ? Also won't allow you to select pickup point unless you have GPS enabled. What a stupid way to force everything on us

Ahora para completar, estos taxistas no están aceptando pago corporativo porque no pueden cobrar el 30% adicional sobre el valor de la carrera... es el colmo... será pedirle a la empresa que se pase a Uber...

1) Management is awful. Authorized people sitting in office doesn't have knowledge of anything. 2) Quality and service is awful too.

I don't like the feature where is needed set a 'Destination', this decrease the chance of get a taxi, this feature is a copy of Uber app. Would be great if could possible call a taxi with 'Call a car' action on smartwatch.

Is there any way they can teach the rest of the country to meet this type of efficiency?
