É com grande satisfação que recebemos vocês, novos estudantes de graduação da Universidade Federal de Goiás – Regionais Catalão, Goiânia, Goiás e Jataí — neste ano de 2016. Aqui vocês encontrarão um novo universo de possibilidades e realizações, que marcará suas vidas para sempre.

Estar na UFG será também um grande desafio, já que o comprometimento e a dedicação pessoal são fundamentais para o sucesso ao longo dos próximos anos de estudos. Definitivamente, não basta apenas assistir às aulas. É imprescindível que cada um de vocês também se envolva nas atividades de estudos individuais e em grupos, participe dos núcleos de pesquisa, de ensino e integre as ações de extensão.
Aproveitem, por outro lado, todo o dinamismo que o ambiente acadêmico lhes proporcionará nas atividades culturais, artísticas e esportivas e participem, sempre que possível, dos debates sobre os desafios para a construção de uma sociedade mais democrática, solidária, plural e sustentável.
