EasyPark Parking

Got a violation ticket during my active parking period. If your app cannot sync with your system properly, then you should refund me the convenience fees, since it is extremely annoying to appeal.

Other than all the bad reviews list above, I want to add one more, they lie. They put a sign at the parking lot "download this app and get discount rate", but they lie! Download the app you will pay the full price PLUS a so-call convenient fee.

Tried paying for parking, never got a chance to select the duration and got charged $24 for 12 hours when I only needed another 10 minutes. There was no way to confirm or change the duration. This is outright theft!!! What a scam operation.

Lousy app won't let me extend, crashes. Bring back PayByPhone

It wouldn't tell me how expensive my selection was until it had my credit card information and because of the anxiety I just purchased the maximum stay. Did not like. :(

This app doesnt work. 2 credit cards. 2 phones 2 cars. Wont work. You need to use the millions your making to fix this app.

Very unstable.. Continually crashing. Could be much more intuitive and friendly.... Should be obvious how to search for a parking location, and should use far fewer keystrokes. Why can't we have default car and payment, and only select if we want something else? Still, much better than PayByPhone.... Please get into more locations

Takes payments quickly and easily. However, you are completely unable to tell how much time is left, and it doesn't notify you when your time is expired or expiring. Do better. I don't need tickets and would renew if I was informed.

Really disappointed with this app. They charged me more than they were supposed to for parking last week. I have not been able to contact them. I've emailed them, called them and tried to use to app's live chat feature. No one has returned my call or responded to my email. Don't use this app. Just pay at the machine instead.

App requests far too many permissions for a parking payment service. Why do you need to know my browsing history, Call Data, Bluetooth status and device history etc? You need WiFi, or network access, location access for convenience (shouldn't be mandatory) and the rest should be authenticating when I log in. Quit data mining your customers!

What a lousy app. It barely does what it is supposed to do. You can't even track an ongoing parking. Couldn't find a parking lot by its code Very bad.

Useless. Costs more than just paying in the pay station in the parkades. Horrible interface as well, hard to find the lot you are at. Deleting it.

Worst app on my phone! Only reason I have it is because the EasyPark lot across from my office no longer accepts the PayByPhone app. The app wont load and often lakes 5-6 re-loads for it to get to the main screen. The selection for being reminded about your parking about to expire also doesn't work for daily parking rates. Don't put a feature in if it doesn't work!!!! If I could vote less than 1 star I would.

Doesn't work. Paid for parking successfully once, then couldn't add time. Black screen, unresponsive app, crashes phone.

This app requires a whole tonne of permissions including access to photos, device history, web history, and contacts. There is zero reason for the app to know what other things I'm doing on my phone. Cut it out.

Your app is broken. Just trying to navigate the pages to extend my reservation and it just closes itself. Useless.

Seemed to work great at first. Then it was stuck in a feedback loop rendering it useless even after reloading.

Yup, there is a reason why this app predominantly has 1- star reviews. Not only does it take forever to get through the whole set up process (especially while trying to do something as simple as parking), but it fails to accept a perfectly good CC number. Easy Park is one more reason I'm now mostly using car shares in the city

This app goes by the hour, it would more beneficial for the user to pay for parking time in minutes or 15 minute intervals. Also, you can just enter a parking location of a lott you have to use 'find location' and double check where you are to make sure it's correct. All these issues could be address with a better interface.

Paid for parking, but then no way to see how much time is left or if it's expired....or add time... Take a look at pay and park... They did a great app... Sorry you've got to do better to get some stars.

Basically useless. Took forever to load and tells me "no gps" and it simply refused to do anything else. GPS permission was granted. Uninstall! Such garbage.

The app becomes unresponsive when I try to type my credit card number. Not an easy park at all.

I should get paid to use this app it is such a hot mess. Frankly useless. Avoid at all costs. Did the developers get the code from a box of Cracker Jacks? What the hell was wrong with Pay by phone?

EasyPark has two major issues 1. It asks to access to all of your information on your cellphone 2. It doesn't work properly

Horrible app. Once I pressed "keep me logged in" I can now no longer do anything with it as it only allows me to update or delete car info

App is asking for access to browsing history and what apps are running when trying to update - will be uninstalling it as result. There is no reason that data is needed to run the app!!!

Easy to install (about 20.5 Mb download so keep that in mind) and use. Set up license plate and payment method and it worked like a charm. Found the lot by GPS and showed correct rates. Intuitive interface shows time remaining and allows parking to be extended without issues.

Crashes and/or hangs quite often. Very slow. Come on guys, this is a payment app. Figure it out.

Very slow. Expensive parking. The parking didn't have a clear path in and out for pedestrians.

Does not tell you how much the parking will be before you approve it. Another way for easy park to screw you out of money.

Your machines are so slow!!! It shouldn't take three people more than 5 minutes to pay for parking... got the app while in line... couldn't find the lot.
