Indigo

I love shopping at indigo but the app is almost unusable. It freezes often and then force closes. Sometimes it wont open categories but if i click around the other features are working. Shopping is a pain as everytime i click back from an item i have to scroll through the entire list all over again to get to where i was. I have to use the website while shopping, not the app. I hope this app will improve because right now its a waste of space on my phone. UPDATE: gift lists categories are also not working

I've written a review for the last few upgrades. In every review I've noted that the WISH LIST IS EMPTY ON THE APP when on the computer I have some 40 items on there. It's been 1 year and no fix. The previous version showed only most recent 8 items added to the list. With this new upgrade now it shows none of my items. Unbelievable how little they care about this feature when, if it functioned properly, it probably would increase their sales. I want to buy the items on my list. Show them to me!

Everytime I click to look at certain areas like the #getobsessed or great fall reads it doesn't go anywhere or says no resources. It makes it impossible to look up new books and I don't have the option anymore for coming soon or new releases. The app will also suddenly stop working and close itself. I also have the issue of adding something to my wishlist or just clicking on something to get the description and having to go back to the beginning of the list. Please fix these glitches. Still having these issues.

Since the update it hasn't worked. It starts up then shuts down. Wish list is only 1 page now when I know I have a lot of books on my list. Seriously needs the bugs worked out

You can only access your wishlist from the main page, but only the 10 most recent items. When you try and view your wishlist from the menu the app says it's empty. There is also no way to search or order (e.g. price, discount, author, title) your wishlist. I also don't understand why the description text for items is centered. It can be difficult to read, especially when their are line breaks mid-line. Just, why??

There have been many errors in the last week since I used it to order a book. It's pretty simple to use otherwise. The errors were using up my battery

Love the online store, but the app is soo lack luster. It's search is horrid, it is not user friendly, and using the gift cards is a nightmare. Need something better

The app has gotten better on last few updates but the Wish List is still an issue. You can only view it from home page. Side menu wish list is always empty so it's completely pointless. You can add as many items as you want to the Wish List but only view the 10 most recent. What's the point of this??!! If I want to see anything past the 10 items I have to delete some. I don't even understand how someone programmed this and thought it was ok. Please FIX THIS!!

Wish list is unusable. How hard can it be to fix it? Are they not reading our reviews or do they just not care? Wish list is the best feature on the Indigo website. Get your app up to speed, Indigo! We have the technology!

Most recent update fixed my issue. Have to re-add my Plum card which isn't working, but other than that I can browse again.

Just got the app for the first time on my android phone. After registration and all i started by saving dozens of books on my wishlist only to find out that they didnt save at all. Although while I was hitting the heart icon to add them to my wishlist it was acting as if it was adding it (quick flash popup ontop of the screen saying xyz added to wishlist)??? I even signed out and back in still nothing. As a last test, since my wishlist was empty I browsed and added one item onto it, and again same happened

Can't really zoom in on items. Photo quality is so bad. Need a sort by option and filters. Last time I tried using Visa checkout and the shopping cart would not update. App needs a lot of work.

I'm not impressed that when I try to search my favorite categories if just says no products found in each one? Thus is all the time! I would delete if I didn't love indigo/chapter's so much. Please fix the issues because its pretty much useless without browsing the categories!

This app has potential and I love Indigo however the Wish List function of the app doesn't work which is very frustrating.

App annoyingly asks for permissions every time it's launched unless you give it everything it wants. You don't need access to my contacts or storage or the ability to make phonecalls.

There's no good reason why the wish list doesn't work. Every so often it will pop up in the app for me but there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason as to why. This is the biggest complant about the app: why has it not been fixed?

I have shopped with the company for year, and i have ordered online in the past. But on the app it will say "shipped in full" when it leaves the warehouse. But will not say anything further. I thought that ment it had arrived to my local store like it shows on a book i bought last year, but nope.

Cannot access my wish list. Extremely disappointing as this is basically how I keep track of future purchases.

This app asks for too many unnecessary permissions. Access to storage, make and manage phone calls? Why?

Why do the wish list and other features disappear?

I hope they will try to make it as good as the site. It works well but I would love it if I can rate recommendations and reviews using the app

OK app to keep track of deals and occasional orders. But wishlist does not work.

Great potential with nice design and features but book search and store searches never work on my SG3, this despite reloading app several times.

Overall Good App but has more bugs than a old attic

Crashes as soon as I try to open it.

When you click a category such as 'teen books' and then a sub-category it says "no products found" for every single one of them.

Would not allow me to access my plum card. Reinstalled the app now I can't sign in

Downloaded so I could discover new poetry books and authors. All categories load except for poetry.

Its good but takes battery

Going to Chapters and showing staff the book I want to get from "my wish list"; found instantly!! Never any problems with this app. Easy to use. No more taking pictures of books for my birthday or Christmas; I love it! Stress free

The app does not open on my S5 neo. It tries and then tells me that it has crashed. Can't wait until I can actually use it.

When I tried to open the app, I got a crash message. It wouldn't allow me to open the app or even do so much as send a crash report. This issue has Ben ongoing for well over a week and has not been fixed. I've now uninstalled the app and won't reinstall until this issue has been fixed. I'll change my rating back to five stars once the app is up and running properly again. This is very annoying amd fixing the problem would be greatly appreciated!!

Using a brand new LG g5 app crashes in load. Was working fine on my Xperia z5 two days ago. Please correct

I dl app and trying to open it but it crashes saying " unfortunately indigo had stopped" I will update my review after app has bin fixed.

Download - attempt to open - indigo has crashed - continues in same manner until comment is made and app deleted.

I used to love this app. Unfortunately after one of the updates it keeps crashing on me before it even opens. I've tried the newest update, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling I've tried restarting my phone... my phone can run new and big apps just fine yet this one is givng me problems.
