If you are on Android, forget it, also forget customer service. There is none. These guys couldn't design their way out of a wet paper bag, calender skips to a week of choice randomly at weekends or just randomly. Bad, bad bad...and bad.

A really great first release to the best way to get Act! CRM on a phone or Tablet .... Been waiting for this for a while and it didn't disappoint. Far better than the poor Mobile Live or Act! Premium Mobile

It is great to have same information that is on your computer. This allows me to just about everything. It is a must to stay efficient and competitive.

Worst CRM ever...

Thank you to the developers! This is literally the most valuable app on my phone. However, if it started quicker and opened the Calender quicker on my Samsung Note 2, I would have given it that extra star

Never ending bugs and poor support. The program has bugs that are seemingly random which renders the program unreliable and unusable (unless you want to spend hours trying ascertain what data is there and what is missing). Support is almost dismissive when you contact them.

Just updated. This version went from "not worth it" to "here's what I need!" Searches on city as well as first name. At first blush it integrates well with phone and is stable.

Its a pity this is about the only app to sync fully with Act! Still very slow on a Galaxy Note2. Also, why-oh-why are all the time & duration input screens different?? Not at all well thought out :( Not what I expect from a paid for App!

Still wish it would sync with ACT Secondary Contacts

Update is very good. Crashing often on LG G3 please fix bugs

Appearance much better but extremely slow and bugging causing crashes.

If ever an app would benefit from a killer widget, this is it. Would love to have a dialer widget with notifications that could record text messages.

The calendar takes a long time to open and move between dates.

Turned my phone to a brick. Can only see contact info. History is only hinted at.

The export feature of Handheld Contact does not work well on Android if you have a lot of contacts. Only some contacts... somewhat randomly... come over. It is a real pain.

This sync app is rough at best. In order to add contacts to the native Android contacts app you have to manually import the contacts from Handheld contact which first deletes all the contacts already in your Android contacts. Bring back Sage Act Connect!

Takes too long to install

I have renewed for a second year but only because there does not appear to be an alternative way to sync Act! With my smartphone. Since renewing, the app has had an auto update & is now even worse.

I have tried numerous programs to sync data to my android phone and some of them worked for a minute and then started missing or mixing up contacts. So far this program has worked flawlessly. I would recommend trying this one if you sync ACT and Outlook.

The shame is that probably 90% of the users had to waste time and money on Sage ACTConnect before searching for an alternative. ACT should simply offer this instead of their joke. Short of an actual full functioning Android version of ACT, this app makes using a tablet actually as useful as I can imagine for keeping ACT up to date.

Great app if you use ACT!

I have a Galaxy Note 2 and a Galaxy 10.1 tablet. I use "ACT" as a contact manager and to schedule all activities and track historical information from all my customers. I have been waiting for years for an application that would allow me to sync effectively with my handheld devices. Until now I was unsuccessful. Handheld contacts synchronizesto both the Galaxy Note 2 and the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet perfectly. THIS IS A MUST APP FOR ACT USERS !!!

Used this app forever, starting on a BlackBerry. So much better these days, especially on a Droid. Always contact customer support if something isn't right. I've recently have them get me a solution to a unique customized scenario. It worked! Don't know of many companies that would bother with even the research.
