Great app if you work for MTS (that's Manitoba Telecom Services, in Manitoba, Canada... other companies named MTS elsewhere on Earth, this app's useless to you) Haven't had an opportunity to actually USE it yet... but when the situation arises, I'm ready. However, if you don't work for MTS, you will find this app quite useless. So, if you are a MTS customer, check out MTS MyAccount, My Network Feedback, and MTS TV to Go apps, which are more for you.

This is going to take brand ownership and accountability to a new level.
I loved this idea of this app from the very first second I heard about it. This is a great tool to provide our customers the assistance they require at any time. I also like the simple interface.
