Virgin Mobile will find every way to over charge you once you are a customer. The service only gets worse the longer you stay. And you can't opt out of their dumb useless text message "promos" which are never useful.

Would give a higher rating if the app had a widget. Takes my to Google Play Store "OPEN" EVERYTIME! Using up my Data... Maybe that's the point?

After repeatedly attempting to login to this app I was unable to access any of the benefits. Even after reinstalling and verifying my password with virgin. Completely useless except as a catalog for benefits.

Virgin mobility sucks n i want to unlock my cell so i can get a different carrier that will take me serious. This is bs. I try n try to login to my account n it tells me no my number is not valid wat the hell im so pissed off. I like my cell just not the people at virgin mobility. Half of them i cant even understand. I like virgin the service is outstanding. They are extremely helpful if you have questions. Billing has always been accurate. So pleased my 2 daughters have as well. Highly recommend

Absolutely love it, I downloaded the app, entered minimal personal information and within a few minutes I had free movie passes + entered several contests for trips, concerts and gift cards. It's a piece of cake to enter contests or receive vouchers for discounts and products that are completely FREE(even a free fitness membership). Some times the "I read and agree" button doesn't work, but if you click out of the offer and go back in it works fine. Great job devs

Was working fine but now it won't allow me to have access to any promotional deals. Plus, I don't receive any notifications.

It can never locate my account or allow me to log in manually. So this app does nothing for me.

Cant open the account lol, i clicked on where to find account number, it showes where to find account number on something, what ever it is! I think, and the letters are to small so as i cant read it what ever it is, it may be a bill, the kind of bill you get in the mail, do they still do that? So im not sure if the app is good or not, i guess, i did not get very far, but i could have an idea what the app would be like, If anything like i just experienced and so soon i guess it would, SUCK!! Brand new phone here, iphone, and it SUCKS!! also.

App keeps telling me "oops something went wrong". I k ow what went wrong. Virgin went wrong!

It won't let me log in, saying my password is incorrect -it isn't. Completely useless.

Horrible. Site states that for home internet clienta need the app to redeem benefits. Once downloaded you need to put virgin mobile number. And my internet line number doesnt give access. And theres no hope and no solution. Horrible . Even the about the app section is empty. What a joke . Worst than bell even if you are bell . You Should be ashamed

My benefits scrolls across your home screen all day every day and when I joined. Couldn't access any of the coupons.

This app asks to input phone# for account sign in, but it will not let me click "nexr". There is no way to get around this. Not sure if it is a bug?

Signed up and logged in but, like MANY other reviewers, I couldn't actually access any of the "benifits." Anytime I tried to get a promo code by clicking the "get this" button, I was given an "oops" error message.

Simply doesn't work. There is always an error with retrieving the promo code.

Every time I tried signing in with my phone and password it keeps deleting what I typed and asks me to try again (my credentials never go through). Will consider a better review once this is fixed

Find crashes a lot or it well tell me iam not a member all the time. have to sign up every time to get on it

Can't see any of the promotions. App hangs while loading. Please fix.

Works great. I'm able to see all the benefits and enter contests which get saved so I can easily review them again later.

Virgin Mobile is awesome and so is their service. These discounts are an awesome added bonus to signing on with them.

Isn't it sort of embarrassing for a telecommunications company to have such a glitchy app? It's almost s painful as pulling up the website.
