Even with the update, oops something went wrong. I couldn't even sign in until I force closed the app. Even paper weights have more use than this tight now!
Every time I try to save or get an offer "oops something went wrong" I have an LG G3 if that makes a difference. Please fix.
Every time I click to get something or enter a contest it says "woops! Something went wrong"... can you guys please fix this I just switched from bell and I'm super disappointed that I can't get any of the benefits I signed up for

Every single time I try to get a shot at a contest. It will not save. Gives me error messages every single time. Useless application. Uninstalling.

Pretty sure that all the 5 star reviews are from staff at Virgin. The date picker for entering your birthday is kind of stupid. Have to scroll back 30+ years.
I only put 2 stars to get the attention of the developers. But here are a few things that could be fixed: When I clicked the save button on the two for one movie ticket offer the app crashed on me, I have no idea why. Also the all would be better if it can save all my coupons on the app instead of sending it in a email to me. Thanks
An app to get the benefits from Virgin's homepage? Could be useful. Didn't sign me in automatically when not on wifi, as advertised. The app completely froze my phone for 20 min when I first used it and tried signing out... and the sign out feature shouldn't be in the settings of the app. As others have pointed out, the date picker is not intuitive, it's easier to just key it in. Still, can be useful for the members who use those promos often. :)
Date of birth is awkward. Easier and faster just to key it in. Not intuitive and very frustrating.
Works really fast, super simple, and they text you what you chose with the promo code. Great app, love it so far.
I just spent about 20 minutes browsing around this app. The most amazing thing was not having to actually sign in if I was on data. The app is simple and seamless, catering specifically towards each member. There is absolutely no reason why each Virgin Mobile member shouldn't have this app. I've been a customer for two years and I recommend Virgin to everyone I come across. Keep up the amazing service guys!
The app itself lacks options and isn't that great, however the deals are pretty good and it's super easy to enter contests.
We blindly allow these apps access to our files, pictures and audio. If you are offering me a service why do you need to pry into my life? I am deleting this app until you can explain why this intrusion is needed and what do you do with what you see, read and hear.

I always use their Member Benefits. Thr birthdate calendar is easy to use..just click the year first and scroll back to the year u we're born. Easy app and simple to use.

Push Notification isn't pushing anything. Cumbersome to have to visit the app to find deals which used to be automatically sent to me. O, and enough with the fake reviews. Seriously?
