Not helpful. Should show what is covered under the policy - and lookup by item number etc. And show how much you have claimed/have left for the extras

I want the app to show me how much of my claim limits I've used not just which policy I've chosen.

Wish it would provide the details of the policy, not just which policy am under.

Seems to be working again now...

The current version doesn't adjust to my HTC One screen very well making the app harder to use. On previous Samsung Galaxy S2 was the best app ever IMHO.

Been running this on jellybean without issue.

Good thought, but unusable on galaxy s 5 - from comments it seems like this is common to high DPI devices - ?seems to make the app display in tablet mode (scaling incorrectly on phones) - half the screen is cut off.

It's been broken for months. I know it was Google that broke it with Kitkat, but you need to update to get it working again!

The app layout does not scale correctly to my phone's screen. I am running kit kat.

Since the most recent update the app does not fit properly on the screen. It looks like it has been zoomed in and can only see part of the menu and icons. The scaling is completely off. I am using kit Kat 4.4.2 on a LG G2. Please fix asap.

When submitting the claim, I just get an error message. The latest version now works fine.

Allows only five claimant names, I need six. Screen does not resize so it is unusable currently.

Looks promising, but unfortunately has a glitch which prevents data entry on the initial 'My details' screen, effectively preventing use of the program at all. Free text can only be entered by long-tapping in the required field (unintuitive), and cannot even activate the 'Dependants' and 'Date of Birth' fields to enter data at all (and it is mandatory to complete DOB, so this effectively locks you out of the app altogether). Apologies for poor star rating, but would assume this would be playtested by at least someone on the latest version of KitKat?

Setup was very quick and easy. However when I lodged a claim it came back with a message that it couldn't process. Tried a number of times on WiFi and mobile data with the same result Eventually set it up on my iPad and both claims went straight through so seems like a bug in the android app. Hope it gets fixed soon.

I can enter my details but when I try and submit a claim it crashes when I either try and take a photo or load one from my gallery. Really wish this would work as making claims right now is time-consuming! Would be great if it worked!

Been running this on jellybean without issue.
