UPDATE: I add a star because i finally managed to complete an order despite a very inflexible and buggy process that lodt me much time to register and shop. With some tricks, i finally worked how to get around the bugs and arbitrary limitations that were preventing me from registering my details. For billing address, it was insisting that i enter a postcode though the format must be Swiss numeric (i want use an alpha-numeric code registered with my UK bank card) and, when i tried create a Swiss delivery address, it failed to auto-suggest my address and would not let me enter it manually. EDIT: Ok, i finally managed to register by using lots of little tricks to avoid the bugs. The navigation menu could be more user friendly. I cant for example look for promotions within my wish list or organic foods within promotions. And after several hours building up my basket and wish lists, during two evenings, the app became totally unresponsive - my basket is showed as empty and my Wish lists wouldn't open! Luckily, that resolved the next day. Coop still badly needs to improve this app. Also, i could find no first-time customer voucher unlike Migros and Ocado of UK. They can learn from Ocado's app. In fact, why don't they do a deal to use their app!

Overcharged by 200.-! Made a simple basket for around 100.- summary showed over 300.-!!! Saved the basked as list and loaded it on the browser. There the sum was 135 as expected...

Does not work with my Samsung Tablet versus the older app which was absolutely fantastic. This is absolute unusable

So slow. Really, so slow. Can't install on the tablet, either. I use Coop at home from time to time, because I like the products, but honestly this is a fail. Please fix it, no discount will make me use something like that.

Doesn't work. Even the update does not work. Guess Coop definitively is looking for less customer satisfaction.

Tried on my new Samsung S7 phone with an awesome high-speed Internet connection and it is super slow! Uninstalling now.

Ich wollte mal bei coopathome bestellen. Es soll ja zurzeit günstiger als Le Shop sein. Die tiefe Bewertung der App hat mich erst erschreckt,aber ich wollte es versuchen. Nun ja, nach 10 Minuten muss ich feststellen dass diese App nichts für mich ist. Warten bei jedem Knopfdruck, nichts ohne Verbindung zum Internet, sprachumstellung geht nicht... so kann ich ja geradesogut in den Laden. ...

Slow and with bugs. Need still significant improvements to compare with LeShop.

It's very slow

Recently upgraded. Products in my lists just won't upload. How can I buy if I can't see my list? App crashes and screens freeze. Adding items to a basket takes ages ... in previous version it was instant. (Latest android version nexus5)

Not worth it, too slow, too many bugs. it is still faster to just go shopping.

There is none accessible! Current version will be killed on Aug 9, which seems good when looking at the comments

Terrible issues! Phone used: Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. New operating system running smoothly. Items randomly but continuously deleted from the list. Halfway completed list erased entirely numerous times. Very disappointing, especially today since I am sick and at home and would have really needed this. Will have to uninstall. 1 star for the jump to finally make this an app. Please fix these issues and the app will be great.

This app advertises promotions in Android Notifications, and it seems it has registered itself as a potential handler of all URLs? Instead of only those relevant... I like Coop@Home, but I'd rather use the website if there's a computer nearby.

Worst app! Crashed twice at the end of the order and everything was lost. What a waste of time.

Why is it vidible in Indian app list when it deliver items in Switzerland

Multiple times it lost my half finished orders. This is frustrating as it takes each time half an hour to get all shopping done. Won't use this app in the future anymore...

Since the app last updated I see the coop@home app listed as a potential target app whenever I click any URL. Why should it do that?

Eigentlich nicht schlecht, aber ständige Werbemeldungen nerven, und die App möchte immer wieder irgendwelche Dateien öffnen, die mit ihr nichts zu tun haben.

Deinstalliert. Sorry ich habe echt keinen bock mehr bei jedem Link in allen Apps gefragt zu werden ob ich ihn mit coop@home öffnen will.

Neben Fehlern, uraltem Webappdesign und Werbenotifications fehlt es mir auch an Bedienbarkeit. Wenn ich die Idee von coop@home nicht gut fände, gäbe es 1 Stern. Ich bin mich von Coop besseres gewohnt.

Awful

How can such a big supermarket make such a flawed app? I have to clear my basket every time I shop otherwise it is still full of last shoppings items. The basket does not remember items added if you don't complete the checkout in the same session. Ended up having the previous shopping delivered the next time to as the basket reverted back. Fundamental issue. (Latest android version nexus5)

Just ok. Takes up space without much more functionality.
