photoTAN Zürcher Kantonalbank

photoTAN ist das Legitimationsverfahren fürs eBanking der Zürcher Kantonalbank.
Bei photoTAN wird dem Kunden vor dem Login oder der Freigabe einer Transaktion eine farbige Grafik auf dem Bildschirm im eBanking angezeigt.
Diese Grafik wird mit der photoTAN App auf einem Smartphone oder Tablet gescannt.
Automatisch erscheint die persönliche Transaktionsnummer (TAN) für das Login oder die Transaktionsbestätigung auf dem Display des photoTAN Geräts. Diese TAN wird im eBanking eingegeben.

Maximale Flexibilität:
-für Nutzung keine Telefon- oder Internetverbindung notwendig
-Verwendbar auf Smartphone oder Tablet

Kosten:
Der Download der photoTAN App im Google Play Store sowie die Verwendung der App sind kostenlos.

Voraussetzungen:
-Die Verwendung der photoTAN App bedingt einen eBanking Vertrag der ZKB. Sie müssen die App einmalig zu Ihrem Vertrag aktivieren.
-mindestens Android-Betriebssystem 2.2.3 «Gingerbread»
-Kamera

Mit einzelnen Sony Xperia Geräten kann photoTAN momentan nicht verwendet werden. Die ‎Klärung mit dem Anbieter von photoTAN läuft und die Einschränkung wird in absehbarer Zeit ‎behoben. Kunden mit einem Xperia Gerät, das die photoTAN Grafik nicht erkennt, können sich ‎bei unserem eBanking Support, Tel. +41 844 840 140 melden, dieser sucht mit dem Kunden eine ‎Übergangslösung.‎ photoTAN is the authorization process for eBanking Zürcher Kantonalbank.

With each Sony Xperia devices photoTAN can currently not be used. The clarification with the supplier of photoTAN running and the limitation is resolved in the foreseeable future.
