Free Page Fax App, Fax to Email

I know 99 cents isn't much but I really don't appreciate my money being stolen. A 4 page fax I tried to send, buying 3 of those pages never went thru but y'all had no problem keeping my money. Your system said the file was to big. It wasn't. But it didn't stop you guys from keeping my money. I see where you guys are taking money of a lot of people with services that don't work. Scam? I'll never use this again. I got my faxing done with a legit app in the end.

I really love that my documents got to their destination. However you debited my PayPal account 3 times each time for 25 pages. And I only got credit for 25 Pages not 75. I have paid for 75 pages and all I see available now is 20. It is very frustrating that this app took my money and yet I don't have the pages that I purchased available to me. I would like to contact someone but I don't see a way to even contact you and let you know that I had this problem. I would prefer that my account be refunded for the 50 pages that I did not need. The only reason I purchased again was because they kept not being available and I had to get a fax out desperately at that time.

I needed a app to fax a paper right away so i downloaded this app. I did everything it ask me to do. I had set off the fax and received a message saying my fax was successfully sent. I call the office to make sure that they received the fax they told me they have not nothing try twice said it was successfully sent but again nothing they had not received any fax so I ran to a store and pay 2$ behold my fax was sent successfully i call back the office and they received the fax. We'll sorry but it looks like I won't be needing this app! Waste of time! Don't think I'll get that back

I tried to fax 1 page and was declined because it sead to big a file. I played 3.99 to increase available data. When I checked my card balance their were two charges removed. One for 16.95 and the other for 3.99 I still can't get the fax to go through. Same message as before. To large a file. It's only one page @ 2.95 MB. Please respond

Sends your free fax. I bought pages $5.99. Was charged then accidentally, not realizing I bought/charged again! I faxed my 7 pages, my mortgage company never received them. I can't even sign back in on this horrible app.. even with a forgotten password option. Never even emails it to your email! $10.00! I want my money back!!!!!

Easy and does the job. Lets you know the fax status like that it's in progress and if it was sent or not. Also a free first page is also great really appreciate that because I just needed to send one fax. I wish it was your first overall Fax for free and not just first page but hey, it's not expensive. Good app.

Awful. Would only let me send 3 or 4 pages at a time when I needed to send 15. And it's been about 20 minutes and the fax still hasn't gone through. I bought 25 pages and it was a complete waste of money. I want a refund

Well the first fax went through but I even bought 25 pages and it's telling me I have no pages left. Would like a refund or for it to get fixed please!

Used it to send a photo document from my gallery. Took a while to send but it went through. Unfortunately it came out small, blurry and hard to read. Switched to a different free fax app and it came out much larger, clearer and much more legible.

I sent first 7pages it went through fine and a notification was sent back that it was ok. I sent another 4 pages since 1pm, now it is already almost 5pm and the status of the second fax is in progress. Should I send it again it will charge me...Hey Free fax app fix this will you? What is your email address? I have sent 19pages so far so I should have 31pages credits left. Please correct this and I will change to 5 stars

Dont even know if it got sent as no email at all,not even in spam folder.guess ill have to wait longer to see. will then review rating accordingly...update.the recipient did not receive the fax.this is 2nd app ive tried that has failed.not advisable to use this if its an important fax

I used this yesterday using the one free fax and wasn't too sure if it worked because it was after hours​and I had to wait until today to call and confirm they recieved it. I called this morning and they did get it so everything worked like it should. I don't send many faxes buy when I do I'll pay to use this rather than walk to the store and pay for them to do it for me.

This is pure an waste application. even a small message I could not fax. total failure. Tried with two file and one file doesn't work. it was just showing sending but nothing worked. later not allowed to resend.

This app is the worst app ever!! Stole my money and didn't even send the 1 page fax I needed it to fax that stated it was successful, now I'm suspended from work!! Thanks so much for that!! I want a refund!! Thanks for the suspension from my job too that's awesome!! Liars and thieves that's great! Im reporting you!

Could use one more page to fax to info to IRS, but one free page is nice. Also if you are reading this, your background says "sending a fax never been easier" should say "has never been easier". More better english

Sadly, the delivery isn't guaranteed. I tried the free credit calling my cell number. I was called three times from three different numbers. I answered and heared the fax tone. Obviously I couldn't connect a fax machine. Still, the app swallowed my only free credit. I know it's hard to guarantee the delivery but you should at least guarantee the connexion so charge only on started transmissions. I suggest you to reply us by email or on app with the image sent (I see that the image treatment is server sided) In theory is the cheapest. The first page is free. Then it starts from 0.24 each page (25 pack), get 0.18 each (100 pack) until 0.10 (1, 000 pages)

I had one page to fax and was told I needed to buy 3 pages for $3+. I don't think so. I cannot find a website to delete my account. I'm pretty unhappy about this...

Fax would fail. I paid for 25 pages and after trying to send a fax that kept failing a few times I was advise I had exceeded my page limit. Mind you fax failed.

My friend sent a free first page and it was received by the recipient successfully. But when I tried it was not sent though it showed sent successfully. Tried with 3 different accounts in different devices but same result

Good features but not working at all. Tried to send same fax 5 times and its keep failing. Even I purchased pages but still now working . Need to request for refund.

It was a little confusing at first...But after that notification popped up and said "sent to server!" I was satisfied

Don't call your app FREE when it is clearly not a free service. Stop lying and misrepresenting your service. This app requires payment. You want my Credit Card info so you can continue to charge me for a service I want to use 1 time. All fax apps are shady and untrustworthy due to your bait and switch advertising methods. Google needs to crack down on this practice.

Horrible app. Registered then logged in. Went to send a fax and it logged me out and says that my account does not exist. Now I can't log in at all and it won't let me start another account. I even bought pages. I want a refund.

With the exception of not being able to log in on 4/21/17(internal server error was the notification the app displayed)...this app has worked beautifully. I have to fax my paysheets every Friday and I love being able to fax from my phone.

I purchased 25 pages and only used a few then when I went to go fax another page it kicked me out. I was unable to log back in and it's now telling me my account is not found and the app is not authorized on my phone.. Worst app ever. Smh

Great app for free to send a couple pages! Didnt have to leave my home! Hoping it went through to where its supposed to go!

Like other users noted, this app seems to get stuck (takes hours for a fax of 2 paged to go through). Is also not really free, is it? Bought 25 extra pages would still allow me to fax 2 at a time (and very slowly). To top it I find out later that fax quality was bad and documents could hardly be read. Waste of money in my opinion.

It's name has the word free in it. They say you get one page for free. I try to send one page and it says I've exceeded my limit... 1 out of 0!!! What a freaking scam.

Since the most recent update my favorite contacts seems to be working again and faxing has been restored. Thank you for the fixes!

I paid $3.99 for a fax and my 2 paged fax failed to send after multiple, multiple tries. I want a refund. This app is a scam.

Attempted to send 1 fax: 1 page 33KB (under the 20MB limit) but was told I had either exceeded the file limit or was out of faxes; never went through.

Same goes with me shere, I sent a few faxes even bought more than I needed and they all failed and I wasn't reimbursed the ones that failed.

I bought 25 pages. Half of them failed in the app and the "successes" never went through.

It won't send the fax! Status is stuck on In progress!! I wish I would've read the reviews on this app first

My 1 page fax went within 12 seconds. If anybody has problems it might be cause of your available data on phone

So far I can't complain I sent the first page as a test and am waiting to hear from my boss to see if she received it.
