Tested this app today (3/9/16) several times during a ferry crossing from Portsmouth to the Channel Islands aboard Commodore Clipper (IMO number 9201750). Every ship I tried this app on was spot on. Some details can be slow to update however, and I would like users to be able to edit ship data and upload photos. Excellent app otherwise.

Too little information on vessels, like missing speed, direction, and more... Missing GPS function - no location service. I regret buying the license even though it wasn't that much money. Will uninstall this app and find another one with more functionality and more useful information.

Great little app, have paid version and very pleased with it. Use it to track vessels searching for missing aircraft. Currently India's #AN32 Antonov @whiteswanuk

Best product for price on the market. What would make it a little better for me would be a better designed ship information page, rather than the plain text that's there now, perhaps even a photo as well.

I like it, does what i need it to do, i can find subs, ships, my boat, i work on ohio river, this app is the bomb

I am sitting here on the Viking Heimdal on the river near Arles in southern France and Shipfinder Pro has the ship in Cologne Germany. Another Tug by the same name and strangely the exact dimensions as the ship I am on is according to the Shipfinder Pro sitting in Amsterdam !!!! No sign of the Viking Heimdal where it actually is here in southern France??? Since when we're tugs 270 metres long? Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

This used to be really useful, but recently it has been giving inaccurate information, like wrong destinations, saying the ship I'm following is at anchor in the bay of Biscay, or had turned round and gone back. Not impressed any more, you can't trust it! Now following another cruise ship and it's even less accurate what a total waste of time!

Thanks for fixing the bug for galaxy s7. This app shows vessels where marinetraffic has dead zones.

Only update 40% of the ship

Within a day of breaking the app with an update the developer fixed the problem.

Great app ... Just one thing..IS NOT WORKING ON MARSHMALLOW ** to work on marshmallows I set all permissions and got it working.. that was version 2.1.1 but since last updated 2.1.2 now isn't working asking for set Google account when is ready set on pay version... free version still working. But need tracking feature so please fix pay version or bring back 2.1.1 and just tell people set permissions on marshmallow

The paid version crashes before opening while the free app works well... I want my money back or a fix to the problem ASAP. Reinstall did nothing.

Most recent update makes it fail to load on my Samsung S5 and even when it does load on my Moto G 3rd Gen it doesn't recognize the Google account.

It wouldn't work after the upgrade to Android 6.0.1. All permissions have to be on for it to work. It still won't work. It was, now it won't even load. Note 5.

All others pale in comparison. This is the most accurate and consistent ais app I've used. Get the ad free version. Little pricey but in my line of work this app is essential. Use it 5-10 times per day.

Absolutely fantastic app! I'm not a mariner but have enjoyed those Great Lake freighters since I was a kid. Now I can locate and track them anytime from anywhere. Works smooth as silk too! Best $5.00 I've ever spent on an app. I highly recommend it!

This App watches and tracks every big ship in the world. It is truly amazing. I went pro and can track back to discover where the ships came from, wicked! If you are interested in big boats you MUST get this app.

I can track all my ship in real time, how to manage favorite? I can't add or edit favorite, I'm using android 5.1.1

Does not update. Goes back four days sometimes and locks there waste of money.

It hasnt updated ships location in 4 hours,would give five stars but this app clearly does not do what it advertised.

Very nice app. I recommend it to my freinds.I find I am using it at least 4 or 5 times per day. I live in the North West and it is helpful navigating the Columbia river.

Highly recommended and excessive value for the money!

For my kind of job,this apps is very helpful.I can track all the ships with active ais 24/7. I just have a small suggestion.if apps user can just make a marking on it.
