Pony Bikes: Stationless Smart Bike Sharing

Walked to 3 different bikes, none of them were possible to find. Must be hidden or out of date location data. The app needs a way to report missing/hidden bikes. Waste of time

We'll designed UI, happy with the service so far makes traveling way more convenient without needing my own bike to lock everywhere.

Won't work on android 8 and developers say it's a Google problem and they can't do anything about it. Have to use OFO app they have code locks as well as Bluetooth

Just downloaded app. When try to use it says I'm using old version and need newer version. But I've just this minute installed it! There is no newer version.

Freshly downloaded app tells me it's out of date and refuses to work

Since 3 days the pop up is not allowed anymore

More than half the time bikes are nowhere to be seen. No way to report missing bikes

Keep telling mw to update although it was just installed

This app/service has come in really handy for quickly getting around Oxford, especially for newcomers or visitors. The number of bikes spread throughout the city is quite high, the app has been running smoothly, at least for me, and its visual design is simple, clean and just really pretty (that's the biggest advantage of this app over other competitors operating in this city, in my opinion). Would definitely recommend this app to anyone who doesn't own a bike.

Bikes weren't where they said on map. When I did find two of them, neither would unlock. Took the bus!

Plz fix... I cant type my card number when topping up..

Tried to use it on 5 different bikes, multiple times, and each time it wouldn't unlock the bike. I'm using a Google pixel on android 8.0

Great app but lately spent ages to find bikes that are on the map, people seem to be hiding the bikes in their homes and gardens, very disappointing
