Always used the app for their Cardiff branch, quite pleased they've taken over in Bridgend. Can't fault them.

Not being a driver, i use taxis nearly everyday for work and leisure and i never carry money these days. This app is absolutely brilliant for me. I can pay by card, track my taxi to see its location which keeps me dry when it's raining. Couldn't revert back to ordering a taxi now via the old process of calling for one then curtain twitching looking out for it.
