medStrac - Medication Tracker

More and more medication is available and prescribed these days. When the number of medicines being taken by an individual exceeds a certain number (say 5), timely management and co-ordination of the re-ordering process can become complicated. Despite the best efforts of yourself, any carers, doctors and pharmacies knowing how much of each medication has been used and when a re-order should be placed can become more and more problematic over time.
medStrac is designed to assist the process of keeping track of all medications and to forecast the dates on which re-ordering becomes necessary.
Any number of individuals may have their medications monitored. For each individual you may record the medication name, the strength, the quantity, the prescribed usage and the lead time for re-ordering.
medStrac will calculate the date on which each medication will run out on and the date by which each medication should be ordered by.The calculated re-order date will be highlighted in Red (Order Now), Amber (Order Date getting close) and Green (Order date not imminent).

PLEASE NOTE: This is not an alarm system for when medication should be taken. i.e. you do not use medStrac each time you take medication. medStrac provides re-assurance information of knowing when each medication will run out and when a re-order should be processed.
