Im not Mardi, I'm Linnea. Lol. I got this device from him but don't know how to change the name. I'll try to figure it out. Anyway, she goes a little fast, but I actually love that. I watched it a few times before doing it so that I could follow along better. The stretching and poses she chose are great. It's only like 5 min long, so I do it more than once and I feel amazingly energized and ready to conquer the day.

This is a great quick morning routine. If you don't have time for a regular workout in the, this morning yoga routine helps you wake up your body. I do it almost every morning with or without my regular routine. Amazing!

Here I am...Linnea, not Mardi. :) She's quick and to the point. I had to watch it a few times first so I could follow along better, but I love it! It's only like 5 min long so I do it more than once. Really sets my day off right!
