En 2017 se cumple el centenario de nuestra constitución, en ella están contenidos nuestros derechos y obligaciones como ciudadanos, pero también nuestra identidad y nuestras aspiraciones como mexicanos. Cien años parece ser mucho tiempo; sin embargo, representa a penas la mitad de los casi 200 que nuestro país tiene de haberse constituido en nación. Esta exposición narra el punto de partida y el momento en que se consolida la vocación constitucional que hoy celebramos y está plasmada en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.
El Museo de las Constituciones y la Escuela Nacional Preparatoria, como instituciones universitarias hermanas, rinden así un sencillo homenaje a quienes lucharon para que la libertad, la igualdad, la justicia y la legalidad fueran los principios fundamentales sobre los que se construyera el estado constitucional de derecho actual.

This exhibition tells the starting point and the time when the constitutional vocation we celebrate today is consolidated and is embodied in the Constitution of the United Mexican States.
The Museum of the Constitutions and the National Preparatory School, as universities sisters and pay a simple tribute to those who fought for freedom, equality, justice and legality were the fundamental principles on which the constitutional state is built current law.
