CCRPL is an online car aggregator providing online car booking service in India. We always strive to serve our customers better be accessible to them when they need us. In this pursuit of ours, we have introduced our first Android application for those who love to travel & wish to use their smart phones to book a car. Smart phone users can book a car with us from their smart phone in more than 210 cities (covering more than 5000 locations) PAN India.
CCPRL provides car rental services for the below mentioned purposes -

● Outstation travel (One way, round trip & multicity).
● Transfer services (Airport, railway station, area/hotel).

How can you book a cab with us using our Android App?
Steps:
1. Install the application by Clear car rental on your smart Phone.
2. Complete registration process (one time).
3. Select travel type and corresponding trip type option.
4. A screen will appear which will show source city and destination city, date, day & time option.
5. Select from the choices presented for each option and click on the search button.
6. The succeeding screen will show all the available list of cabs (along with all travel details) with respect to your search criteria. Select the proper vehicle as per your convenience and click the book button.
7. The next booking screen asks you for the pickup address just enter the proper pickup address and go for the book process.
8. It will redirect you the screen contains the payment options (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking). Choose the any one payment option from available list.
9. Once you make the payment your booking will be confirmed & you will receive a confirmatory email mentioning all your booking details.

Unable to sign in even after 20 minutes. login with facebook , login with google is not working even orthodox signup is not working, I found 4 Grammatical mistake in first 3 pages, No Official protocol defined by google and facebook is followed .Even you are compressing your own logo ??????? Initially I was bit sceptical about clear car rental after going through all the negative reviews. I did all the due diligence and also got written clarification from the clear car rental trip advisers. I have finally completed the booking and today I have happily completed my trip with the provider. Special mention to Mr. Satish, who was the driver cum guide for last 4 days. Extremely curtious driver who took us everywhere in Pondicherry and Mahabalipuram. Would like to take future trips and also recommend to my friends

Destination city showing invalid in spite, customer care person asked me to change city 3 times. First entered Tarapith for which "invalid destination" then "Rampur Hat" for which same error , again your executive told me to enter "sainthia" and for that also same error. So i finally did booking from site.

We had a really bad experience on booking a cab from this site where without any communication of their policy they told us the availability of their car rental for our bangalore, then after booking they asked us to pay for their 50 km up and down garage distance from our pick up point. So, i had to cancel the trip though I paid an initial amount of rs. 400 for the trip.

Had a very bad experience with them,driver was late by 2.5 hrs from the requested pickup time.And that too when tbe trip was planned a week back.The company is very unprofessional they dont take any reponsibility of intimating , it was me who was following them to get teh updates.and because of it i had to change my plan at the last moment and book a taxi with a different car rental.please be away from this car rental.

Driver reached our Resort before time, nice Clean Vehicle, we'll behave driver properly dressed in his uniform, one way drop from hotel to Goa Airport. Communication was just perfect. I would definitely recommend this service in Goa. Thanks

Web portal not much interactive and needs improvement. Should maintain transparency, customer should not be surprised with unexpected fair at the end of journey. Background check must be done with the travel partner associated.

service is very costly, they are charging srinagar airport to dal lake boats (20km)approx Rs1000 with service tax for a simple taxi, if u can negotiate with local taxis it will b just Rs 500-600,,, per day charges are too very costly with limitations of 8 hr and 80kms, deleted app, dont download

Car's spare tyre was punctured. Car got punctured twice in a day. Both the times we waited inside the car for more than two hours. Entire trip was a waste. Never ever trust clear car rentals. Despite of reporting the matter to them they did nothing & told that d driver will get d tyre repaired.
